Hi there, I have a bit of an issue regarding Starwin casino, who are a brand using MG and Betsoft software.
I have a withdrawal of £10,000 which is currently sitting in the pending cycle and i cannot get a response from anyone at the casino.
Below is a run through of events.
I opened an account there on sept 11th this year, but i did not make a deposit (i didnt like the look of the site tbh)
On the 21st november, I came back across Starwin Casino during a random search and started to make deposits.
I deposited around £2,400 in total using credit/debit card, deposit amounts ranging from £50 - £100 per deposit, over a 5 hour period.
I finally got some decent wins playing slots, no bonus was active, i dont believe i received one, and i cashed out £6,000 via skrill
Starwin only allows withdrawal amounts at £1000 a time. I had 6 x £1000 pending.
A few emails were sent back and forth between myself and support, the usual things, ID docs required, explaining how i could reverse my withdrawal, processing times etc
Support where prompt and professional throughout, emails replied to within a few hours. I was a little put out that they have a max withdrawal amount of £2000 per week (couldnt find this on the website t&c's though)
I reversed 2 of my deposits and won another few thousand, cashed out, putting me up to £10,000 in total.
I received an email on 23rd saying my account was verified and all ID docs were in order, and that my withdrawals will be paid soon.
My withdrawals were still in the pending cycle on the 25th november. I emailed support, they explained they were having delays with their processor but i should receive payment with 24 hours (the first £2000)
They even put a bonus in my account for the inconvenience
This was on the 26th november. Since then my withdrawals have gone from showing as "checking in" back to "pending"
I have emailed the casino everyday since asking for an update, i have had no reply
I have explained that i would be contacting their casino software providers, license provider and visa. I was not threatening in my messages and have remained calm throughout. But its to large amount that i deposited (£2k) to just "live and learn, move on etc".

Could anyone here provide some advice on how to proceed? I am an affiliate marketer myself (not affiliated with this brand or group) and have asked for advice in the aff forums, but this really is a player issue.
cheers

Hi there,

I am not familiar with this casino, but it does not seems like they have a rep on this forum.

If you have not heard from them for over a week, then you may want to file a complaint (PAB).

Find more info here: Link Outdated / Removed

Thank you for the advice..
I believe a PAB wouldnt help in this matter, as im currently in contact with the affiliate site i was referred by, and they cant get a response from the casino or affiliate manager. I dont see this brand listed or even referenced on casinomeister.
Im not questioning the strong influence Casinomeister can have in a dispute, but i feel it wouldnt be effective in this matter.. i dont want to waste anybodies time either
Am i wrong in thinking this?
Should i PAB? maybe CM have contacts with their partner brands. I believe they are connected with CrazySpins(.)com

I hate to say this, but if they are non-responsive and you have a statement/screenshot of your account which shows your deposits and total pending W/D's I would go to my credit/debit card provider. It is an unsaid proviso of your contract with the supplier that winnings due are part of your purchase and its intent. I say this reluctantly, because even though (taking you at your word) you are the innocent party here chargebacks under Section 75 would mean you would only be using webwallets thereafter at MG sites and possibly others, and may be subject to close checks too. You would also only retrieve your deposits+fees back. This however, is what you usually get from the 'no-lose rogue operators' anyway - you forfeit your deposits when you lose, and your winnings if you win merely getting deposits back under some contrived breach of terms.

We get a lot of newbs on here who aren't quite straight with us or don't tell us the whole story so expect some questions too. One I need to ask - you say you deposited with Credit/Debit cards yet surely these are linked to your Skrill Account which you say you attempted your w/d's to. Therefore, why did you not deposit with Skrill? Casinos love Skrill as it's almost impossible to chargeback while cards are not. Just sayin'

You also seem to know these 2 sites are linked, yet putting 'Viral Technology N.V.' in Google yields nothing - how did you know?

Thanks for the feedback...
I understand chargebacks as im an affiliate myself and its a terrible practice. I have never done this. This would be an absolute last resort.
It doesnt look like contacting their license provider will help as Curacao is known for not getting involved (i may be wrong here)
Good advice on taking screenshots of the transactions. I took screenshots of the withdrawals page at the time, but not the deposits page. I have now done this. Thank you.
I deposited via credit/debit card, as i had no funds in my skrill account at that time. My skrill account, which has vip status, only has 1 card linked to it and thats expired. I fund it via instant bank transfer. I made the last few deposits (around £400) via skrill when my credit/debit card rejected a transaction. This happens from time to time when i make multi transactions in a short time. Or i may have hit the casino transaction limit for that payment method.
Fair question to ask though.
I just received a message from the affiliate site owner whos helping me in this, saying they had a response from their affiliate manager at starwin saying she is looking into it. I still havent had any contact from the casino or affiliate program though

To answer your question, how did i know crazyspins and starwin are linked? i checked the whois, ip address (they are hosted on the same dedicated server) and a few other things (im a webmaster and own several sites) to find out.
They are also connected by an "umbrella" company, or network called acecasinoclub(.)com

How long have you been waiting Don?
I still have had no response from starwin. Its been 14 - 16 days since they told me everything was ok with my withdrawal.
Iv emailed them everyday. An affiliate site was able to get a response from an AM at starwinaffiliates by the name of Jill. She said she was going to look into it but she has gone all quiet also.
Are you able to log into your account and see the withdrawals? are they showing as pending?
Also, isnt it a bit of a kick in the nuts that they are showing our usernames in the recent winners banner on their front page..

I think this is a prime example for newbies of the sheer lunacy of just signing up at any old casino via a "random Google search".

Stick to the CM Accredited List, or at the very least do some proper research via reputable sites.

Couldnt agree more Nifty, but starwin casino is listed on the casinocity(.)com site which is very reputable (imo).

Hi!
I did my withdrawel (attempt) 2011-11-25 (still pending). Same day they wanted documents which they got and also approved. Since then no response despite severel attempts.

Have tried a new approach mailing them about an issue with one slotgame to se if they respond to that matter.

Can slotgameproviders help? Like microgaming. I mean what if someone hits a big jackpot on starwin?

I havent a clue what the next step should be.....?

Well, we will have to disagree on the last one.

IIRC, that website advertises just about every OC their is, rogue or otherwise, unless something has changed.

I havent seen anything negative on any site about them? No warnings, no nothing.

Im trying to go through the channels in order. Contacting MG would be an option but i would imagine it to be a long process.
They dont have an eCogra seal so thats not an option.
The last resort would be to claim back the deposits but id hate to go down this route.
Thats basically why im on here asking other members and forum owner/s what options we have.
How much did you deposit there Don? if you dont mind me asking.. I made over £2000 in deposits, so i wont be walking away..

I did a deposit of only 100euro. But thats not the first deposit ive made on a onlinecasino :notworthy, more like the first big win...so i really want my money.
I contacted the license giver (poor english, sorry) and they have replied that its been sent to the right department. Hopefully they can give some advice or get in contact with them.

What is "MG"?
For me its no idea to claim back deposits.

Had the same problem with starwin, thought they were a reputable company, luckily I did not put much money in the account, and found a different site to use with much better customer service.

Why don't you both PAB? It might help - also if the casino doesn't respond to Max then at the very least there will be a warning against this casino and it will keep other players from being burned.

Read the FAQ: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/
Fill out the form: Link Outdated / Removed

Maybe later - ill always try to solve my problems myself first. Itzblits?

Guys - as the others have just said seriously consider PAB. You are obviously pissing into the wind attempting to resolve it amicably and being given the run-around. You have nothing to lose by PAB and CM/Max do carry a bit of clout usually when they get involved, although that's no guarantee you'll win the PAB.

I agree with previous posters. Do a PAB and see what happens. If they dont respond, at least there will be a warning about them for future players considering signing up there.

starwin

hello to all

I'm new to the forum, I now I quickly called Nicolas, I'm 31 and I'm French.

I do not know if I'm good endroitmais I post anyway

Let me explain my problem with Starwin casino, I registered in November on this casino, I am a single deposit of 25 euro and I won Euro 8000, I requested the withdrawal, they asked me documents that I have provided and from this more new momment they blocked my account saying I'm wrong password and currently about 2 weeks, they sent me an email telling me I was blacklisted casinos, what can I do?

It does sound like it - but considering that none of these players want to PAB, we're really only getting one side of the story.
