it seems netbet are trying to pull a fast one with me ;-(
my gf signed up on the 8/11/2013 and played her free play and I like the look of the site so I signed up myself, using my own details house address etc which are different from hers but from the same ip. ( all thoe I used the contact telephone the same as hers because my phone was in for repair at the time and as far as im aware it is never used) come back to bite me
I played the bonus and deposited £400 on my account and played for a good few hours winning and losing then managed to get £3500
so I banked £400 to my card that I deposited with and tried to put the remainder on another card (all these cards are registered to my address)
I receive a email confirming these two amounts and verification would take between 4 to 8 days after 8 days and still no money in my accounts I contact netbet chat who told me they had tried phoning me (no phone call to gf phone) and to confirm number, so I give them my telephone number which was now working and they would be in contact shortly.
no call so after 12 hrs I phone them to be told I "wouldn't" be paid out because multiple accounts! which I told them was rubbish, I have won this money fairly and expect to be paid so.
they believe I have setup multiple accounts which is not true:
1, the gf mailing address is different
2, she didn't deposit any money
3, names are different
they went on to offer 10% of the total winnings which i told them is not acceptable i have won this money fairly i expect to paid so.
i informed them I am willing to give them any information, statements, bills they wish in order to process this which they have told me they would be in contact within 24hrs.
i said i would contact the Maltese gaming commission if this is not sorted.
i am not a big time gambler and this may not seem like a lot of money to you guys but i feel like i have been robbed
not happy :-(
