Resolved netbet.com not paying out again

hi folks

it seems netbet are trying to pull a fast one with me ;-(


my gf signed up on the 8/11/2013 and played her free play and I like the look of the site so I signed up myself, using my own details house address etc which are different from hers but from the same ip. ( all thoe I used the contact telephone the same as hers because my phone was in for repair at the time and as far as im aware it is never used) come back to bite me

I played the bonus and deposited £400 on my account and played for a good few hours winning and losing then managed to get £3500

so I banked £400 to my card that I deposited with and tried to put the remainder on another card (all these cards are registered to my address)

I receive a email confirming these two amounts and verification would take between 4 to 8 days after 8 days and still no money in my accounts I contact netbet chat who told me they had tried phoning me (no phone call to gf phone) and to confirm number, so I give them my telephone number which was now working and they would be in contact shortly.

no call so after 12 hrs I phone them to be told I "wouldn't" be paid out because multiple accounts! which I told them was rubbish, I have won this money fairly and expect to be paid so.

they believe I have setup multiple accounts which is not true:

1, the gf mailing address is different
2, she didn't deposit any money
3, names are different

they went on to offer 10% of the total winnings which i told them is not acceptable i have won this money fairly i expect to paid so.

i informed them I am willing to give them any information, statements, bills they wish in order to process this which they have told me they would be in contact within 24hrs.


i said i would contact the Maltese gaming commission if this is not sorted.

i am not a big time gambler and this may not seem like a lot of money to you guys but i feel like i have been robbed

not happy :-(

How **** in the world you can say to player that he is fraudster, and then offer to player 10%
 
i forgot to add

i forgot to put on the 20/11/2013 i deposited money from the card that i was hopeing the larger amount to go on thinking this is the reason why they hadn't deposited the money


which i brought up in the phone call "i said if you think i have multiple accounts and not going to pay out, why is it you will still allow me to deposit money?

I am with you on this one.
So they probably think you are fair but try to shove you away with a lousy 10%.
I'd say winner winner chicken dinner in your favour.


Hope they will pay you in full after everything has been checked and verified.

Normally it's 1 account per ip address it's 3 here i'd PAB if i was you
 
PAB will resolve it, or this casino goes to rogue pit, no way.
Or OP really fraudster, but i do not think so.

don't seem to have any problems any other site i use me and the gf playing online together, like it says in the t&cs max of 3 per accounts per ip address all thoe her account is her address and mine is my address (the same as my card details)

I'm not saying you are lying but so many people sign up with a problem and turn out to be rouge it's unreal hope it all works out well

Some Internet providers allocate dynamic IPs, so every time you connect to the Internet you have different IP. So you can easily break this term without even knowing that. And if you win something, they can take your money and noone can blame them. BTW, in such case player won't be even able to verify how many accounts were actually opened from his IP. The sentence in bold is awesome... According to it, before registering an account player has to contact support with something like this: "Hello, I want to open an account. My current IP is x.x.x.x, please check how many accounts were opened from this IP".

I wouldn't trust this netbet (not to be confused with casinos of a similar name) lot with a pisspot to be honest.
I couldn't even retrieve 84 quid for NOT breaking terms and conditions.
The CS is contradictory and amateurish at best, in broken English. They were casino770, a rogue operator. They are going for accreditation I believe, and before that happens Cambridge United will win the Premier League, or Australia will win back the Ashes.
 
i like such stories... Casino appears on CM with 'cool rep' who answer quite frequently, tolding ' we resolve everything', then they start to do such things.
I hope in future we all will play at places like redbet, guts, betat, casinoluck, nextcasino, and few other cool places, and such business like 'this good returning from rogue casinos' will die. Really, why netbet better than guts? Paouts, oh come on! Bonuses? oh come on! Games selection, you joking now? This is problem of affiliates, they promote casinos like netbet, and we got topics like this.
P.S. probably a bit harsh( not sure what this mean and english, better use word rude?), but really, better play at 5-6 excellent casinos, then play at 20 average casinos.
P.P.S. I am pretty sure, that netbet resolve this, rep told something like 'oh, our team made mistake', but who cares in this world? I have a problem with betat with every goddamn deposit, and their live support know me well, and everytime this guys treat me like a vip, they understand me and do everything to resolve my problems. Why i should deposit at casino like netbet? Anyone? At least one good point for them? I am sure no. Everyone of us reading another forums, local forums, we should tell people where to play, and should tell where to play is not safe. Everyone responsible, everyone involved.

I wouldn't know to contact him if I hadn't posted here first?

I haven't said a bad word about the company all im doing is asking how I stand and the procedures I should follow

I thought I would keep you guys updated


as promised by netbet I would get a call within 24 hrs, 11oclock yesterday I make a call to them "someone will call you back within 15/20 mins" ok so I wait for 1hr tried to call them back no answer! I tried about 10 times so decided to leave a message on there answering machine.

"if I don't get a call back within the next 20 mins im escalating a claim on casinomeister.com" low and behold within 15 mins a very irate women calls me back basically accusing me of multiple accounts after a good 30/40 mins of heated discussion which seems like she was trying to trip me up (me correcting her) I now have to send my i.d's and my gf i.d's with a copy of utility bill to prove this is not the case!

which I have done.

the women promised me she would call me back Monday with further details (and hopefully it will be good news) she has given me a telephone number which is linked to her mobile in case she doesn't call.

so fingers crossed all should be sorted Monday.....

Are you comparing your threat with a free mediation service?

You should not use CM as a lever; there is a procedure if you want to involve CM and you now know it's the PAB service. Netbet (not to be confused with casinos of a similar name) wouldn't give a monkey's anyway if you plastered the BS they are giving you over this forum - as I can testify from my own PAB against them. In fact they even seemed to revel in the opportunity to make things worse and contradict themselves. In their former incarnation as casino770 they were rogued and have seemingly learnt little over the years. So, take it from me, hand the matter over to Max via the PAB service, then desist from commenting here once you have done so. There is little you can tell me and others here about how poorly they perform.
