Club World withdrawal delay

Hi all i just want to say that i m waiting a cashout for this casino clubworld, i play there for some time. So when i made my first cashout i ask to the chat support if my account is ok with all the docuemts and said me yes. So made the $300 cashout to my click2pay and wait. after 2 days the cashout was declined and redposit to my account, so i contacted the support and they sayme that i must sent the docuemts, (never ever i received an email request it) so i sent all. After 3 days i contact again and the chat support sayme that i must resent some documents again. Never ever received an email , again. from them said me that i need to resent some documents. And i try to contac clubworld clubworld Accredited Casino Representative :mad: via pm here and never asnwer to me. Any idea what can i do?

This post was a first step. Probably should quit posting about it in case you need to PAB, however.

I have seen on other forums where this is becoming more common. At least they are somewhat responsive to you. Others are just getting totally ignored or even having accounts locked. I fear that this group may be on shaky footing and traveling dangerously close to the rogue border. I hope I'm wrong but the signs are starting to point that way. Hopefully I am super wrong. Hopefully they respond and pay you quickly.
 
club world group are hard with cashout . no excuse , see in

see in this forum abou t a player who was asked to proove them how he had fund his e wallet , before he got his money . so 2 or 3 times documents sendinfg are usual in that group .
personally i wouldnt advice good players to play there over that reason . i hope you get your withrawal soon

I think the best thing to do is call them by phone and see if approved. If i recall if you do this during the cashier working hours they can probably confirm that they have received and approved.
 
Dammit! It seems CWC has not realised the fact that they must communicate better with their players. They should really learn, possibly from Inetbet, that each time they decline a withdrawal they must tell the player what is wrong and what they should do to rectify things. Instead they rest on their laurels and wait for the player to get impatient and contact them. I have had this happen to me several times at All Star Slots and after contacting live chat several times I gave up and contacted the rep at this forum via pm. Issue was resolved but it left a bad taste in the mouth. I dont have the slightest doubt they will pay out eventually but the player has to go to great lengths to succeed. My withdrawals then declined because, according to them, my docs werent verified. My docs were already verified at Alladinsgold so there was no need to reverify at ASS(Pardon). My guess is that after acquiring ASS they did not update the system to have automatic verification to include this casino.

So what they need to do is whenever they decline a withdrawal or something similar is to relay the problem to the player and tell him/her what to do next. Dont give BS to the player saying an email had already been sent informing him of the decision to decline the w/d. I never received any such mails although they claimed so and I always received promo mails from ASS.

Could you please find examples of Club World being "dangerously close to the rogue border"?

Apart from a processor problem last month, I haven't read anything that even comes close.

It's the weekend, so you may need to be patient. Usually one of their reps logs in every day, but I noticed they haven't today (which is unusual). I'm sure as soon as one of the reps logs in they will answer your PM and get the matter straightened out for you.

They will answer pms but of course they are not here 7/24 so you need to be patient. However, why should people have to resort to pms to get these things sorted out when what they need to do is follow established procedures. We are not asking for something out of the ordinary are we?

I agree with you 100%. I don't ever recall having too many problems with withdrawals when I was gambling online. The few times I did, the reps were able to get it straightened out for me without too much hassle. So, it's nice to be able to have this place to come to and a list of reps to be able to pm when there is a problem instead of dealing with CSR or emails. ;)
 
No problems with CW... but....

Instead of sending emails or pm's try calling them, that is far better as they can check with cashier or security. But do this "early" a.m. on Monday-Friday. Due to time zone differences Cashier is gone if I wait to call after 12:00p.m.
 
Hmmm, I hope this gets sorted out for you. I personally have had no problems whatsoever with ClubWorld and withdrawals except for my very first one which involved documents. This turned out to be partially my fault as I had something wrong with the email address meaning it was going to the wrong place at clubworld and then they said they hadn't received it. What I did was get on chat with someone in support and emailed the documents while I was on chat. They confirmed they had arrived and that they could open and read them. These were then passed onto security and within a couple of hours it was all sorted. This all happened about a year ago and I've made several withdrawals with no issues since then. I do hope that they aren't in trouble as ClubWorld are one of the few casino groups I trust.:eek2:

@1366613 - any reason you didn't mention that you were informed of the reason for the delay?
 
The issue could have been resolved quicker if support had written back to the op asking whether alternative payment methods were acceptable.
 
First i know that click2pay is not working to cashout, but that is not the problem you know cwc rep, the problem was the docuents and never received any email with confirmations, or when the casino approve my docuemts, or when i must resent some documents. After that problem was solved, (becouse i contacted the chat 2 time a day from the cashout), i received the money today. But CWC rep i wait your answer for a week, and today i sent you another pm and i sent an email too, saying that i want to close my account for ever here at clubworld casino, and of course i never received any confirmation as usuall.

Chuchu that not was the problem i know that i must choose other option like moneybooker.
