I stumbled across an incredible bonus offer from a casino I hadn't heard of and gave them a try. They use their own custom software. I busted out with an absolutely run.

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to check to see if their results were fair using play money. Decided to use Baccarat to check so I didn't have to worry about strategy (always bet on banker)

Result after 103 tries:

26 wins 65 losses 12 ties
wagering: $25x per hand, $2650 total
total won: 26*$25*0.95=$617.50
total lost: 65*$25=$1625
net loss: $1007.50

According to AKA's "Are my results fair" calculator, this is a 4.1 SD event (happens 1 in 45455 times). This was not a run taken selectively out of a longer run, this was the result from start until I was satisfied that I had a large enough sample.

I would encourage whoever is responsible for checking rogue-ish behaviour to check for themself with play money before they make their play money algorithms truely random. It's actually fairly unbelievable that they didn't bother using random cards for play money.

I think that around 100 hands is too small for any true calculation, but that certainly seems bad.

Well, that's an even less likely "coincidence" than that 1 in 45K bad run on Baccarat

Casino Riva and the LGA (Malta) might also be interested in this.

This alone makes it look like this is a completely bogus casino, along similar lines to the infamous Ministering Angel (maybe they ARE the same bunch, just trying to scam players again).

Can this get some attention from the powers that be pretty quickly? I know this link has been posted in a forum where a casino rep from this casino has replied, so I think it's just a matter of time until the play money algorithms are fixed to be random.

Hiya: I am not taking sides. But, if you are going TEST if a RNG for table games, that allow the player to choose his bet, "Baccarat, Sic Bo, Roulette, ect" Then you choose your bet, "Banker", and bet it 50 times, and record the Wins/Loss. Now bet "Player" 50 times and record the Win/loss, and repeat this procedure for at least 300 plays.

What happened?

1. The game balanced itself out and i won a little less than 1/2 of the bets.
this would be normal.

2. The game hit at a 2/1 ratio on the same thing, "Player, Red, ect" no matter what i bet.
this would be a large varience, and happens every once in a while, leading to the saying, "The trend is your friend"

3. I lost at a 2/1 ratio on a consistant basis, no matter what i bet. When i changed bets, the game changed also, and changed each time i did, and only when i did.
"This would not be anything close to normal, and this, "with the results recorded" is when cause for alarm is justified.

I just finished a set, "111" spins of Roulette at 3 dice. Black only hit 38 times, and Red hit 70 times, and 0 hit 3 times. In the next set of spins, Black hit 54 times, Red hit 56 times, and 0 hit 1 time.

If i would have quit after the first set, and happened to be betting on Black, and came and cried, "Foul", would that be fair?

winnington may have unfairly accused the software of being rigged (sample too small), but he did NOT falsely accuse you of quoting a completely bogus gaming licence issued by an authority that doesn't even exist.

This "freelancer" didn't just copy a site, he took the trouble to change what he tought would be enough to fool players, Malta to Costa Rica for example, but he underestimated the intelligence of many players.

Casinos that appear with unknown software, and dodgy claims on the website, get extra scrutiny from knowledgeable players, and are quickly exposed.

Of course the offending text has been removed now that it has been exposed, but why the need to WAIT, rather than IMMEDIATELY adding the correct licencing information - or don't you have one yet.

I don't think you can even GET one from Costa Rica, have you tried Panama? Perhaps Kahnawake will take you on

You read the site many times, yet STILL failed to notice that you quoted a non-existant licencing authority - we can forgive you not noticing the number was wrong, but NOT the authority.

I had expected someone else would have quickly added to my sample, as one person's post isn't enough to make any conclusions here... allow me to clarify why I decided to make the initial post.

- I only achieved about Euro 4500 of my required playthrough of Euro 66000 on a 1000% bonus that was all games eligible (I started with 1100 Euro). The poor results from my gameplay would have been enough to convince me if I hadn't been making large wagers, but it was sufficient to make me suspicious enough to try recording some results by play money, and inquire to the casino rep at the other site as to who was auditing their results for fairness, who was licensing them, and what other casinos they ran (the casino rep mentioned that they had been in business since 2007, but this was a new casino).

- the casino rep had replied quickly to my other inquiries, but did not reply to my question about auditing and licensing.

- I felt having a 1 in 10,000+ event over 103 hands was enough of a sample for me, and other people would need to test it out for confirmation regardless of my own claim because one person's claim is not enough. In retrospect, I should have tested more (incidently, I went back after my test to make sure they were using standard baccarat payouts to make loss calculations for AKA's calculator, and went 1-4-1 but didn't include that). In any event, I'm quite sure they would have fixed their play money software by now, so I'm dissappointed nobody else tried it out and posted their results while they had the chance.

- The bonus offer was absolutely unbelievable (an exclusive promo at another site): 1000% match up to 2200 Euro, with 60x b+d wr, all games eligible, with 50% insurance... redeemable 3 times. This alone is enough to be suspicious, and yes I was a bonus sucker for depositing. This essentially equates to a 100% all games eligible bonus with 6.6xb, redeemable for 6600 Euro + 50% insurance!

- A number of other people reporting "unusual" runs at blackjack. The only posters reporting a positive experience were obvious shills

- More than one person (one being me) reporting that they had play history randomly deleted, and their account credited back up to where it was before that play history began.

- Had their own "custom" software that was unknown.

Additionally, the exclusive bonus that was offerred by the other site has been removed due to the operator of that site's own suspicions.
