Intertop Screw Up

I am so mad that I just uninstalled and didnt even write them. I'm not going to either because I am still so mad. It has nothing to do with losing the money, their system got real screwed up last night and I "lost" some of my money, not lost as in gambling, it just went away!!

I installed, I deposited $40, got a 10% bonus which brought me to $44. I played a couple of video slots (like avalon etc), All of a sudden it jumped from $49 to $79 and I didnt hit anything worth that much. I looked at my husband (he was next to me). I looked to see if maybe they gave me another bonus. I switched games incase something was wrong, I played a one cent with 20 lines, should be 20 cents for 1 bet right? I didnt win anything but it went from $79 to $27!!!!

Even without that $30 jump in credits, I should of went from $79 to $70 or if everything was right last night, from 4400 to 4391, NOT 2700 credits. Something was off and I didnt like it. I just played the $27 (fast to get out of there)

And on top of it....they advertised that if you deposit $20 and lose the $20 (no matter what you play), you get the $20 right back in addition to the 10% bonus. I did what I was suppose to and got an email saying "oh, you only get the $20 if you bet a sports event wager" It didnt say that, it said ANY bet or game in either the sport or casino in the advertisment

This place sucks.............BEWARE

Am I the only one that this has happened to? Im surprised noone responded to this. It was just so wierd , it had to be a glitch. Please share your glitch story and what you did!

Babs, I recommend you look into it. Ive seen on other threads people who have pursued glitches and have won....they have access to play records and maybe able to figure out what happen to you. Once I had a drop in account funds and found out to my horror that I had been playing 5cent per line instead of 1cent per line..I was new and did see what I had been doing..thank goodness I contacted them right away before I blew everything. Just because you uninstalled dosnt mean you cant check into it.....good luck

Yes go to Playcheck and look at the logs - it will show you where the money came from, and went too. If it doesn't you have something to send them. My bet it was something manual behind the scenes bonus related. The MG software itself is highly unlikely to have a glitch like that in it

In order to see these "administrative events" in Playcheck, you will need to select "detailed view". This will give more details on each game played, but will also show account adjustments, such as manual bonuses, and will have some sort of description, such as "welcome bonus" against it.
