NOT PAYING ON WINNING LINES

Hi all just wanted a bit of advice, I joined a new casino last week, I am not going to mention it just yet as I am dealing with this issue directly, anyway I just wanted a bit of advice. The problem is that I noticed on a few occasions it was not paying out on winning lines. I emailed the casino with my screenshot. Firstly they said that my line was not a winning line, which it very much was so. After numerous emails I spoke to a guy on live chat who said he would sort it out. This morning I received an email telling me there was a problem, thanks for pointing it out, and they had credited my account with £25. I am not happy with this and was wondering if I have a right to ask for a refund on all monies deposited, which totals about £1000. They have not put any warnings on their homepage that there is a problem with the software

I would think you'd have a right to any losing wagers from that slot returned, but not the sum of all your deposits...That, plus the spins that didn't pay that should have - that you didn't catch.

I'd ask them to perform a full audit to determine exactly how much you are owed.

Is it planetluck/starluck casino?

I did a software review earlier here on CM and mentioned that two lines are defined wrong according to the graphics on the paytable.

It is showing TTMBB(MG style) as a payline but it is actually TTMTT(RTG style), the same is true for the symmetrical version.

No it isnt that casino. I am not going to say which one just yet as I am waiting for a reply of them
