from their t/c:

Slots Magic reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. The wording ‘Irregular play’ may include but is not wholly restricted to any one or more of the following types of play:
"We have good reason to suspect that you have tried only to exploit a bonus offered by us in good faith to enhance your entertainment (for example, on acceptance of a bonus, the wagering requirements are completed and funds are subsequently withdrawn)."

maybe the most rediciolus rule that ive ever seen!!! "enhanse your entertainment"- isnt that just the main reason to play in online casino at the first place

i just wonder that how can you ever win with the bonus on this casino.

lol @ this t/c

"I'm sorry but your withdrawal has been declined and your winnings confiscated for breaking the following rule: You took a bonus, met the wagering requirement and then tried to withdraw your winnings!" :eek2:

What a crock!

dont you wish the peeps that run the net could/would pull the plug on these unfair rogue's

Who runs the internet anyway?? who or what exactly does it

So basically these bell-ends offer a bonus with a term which infers you must lose your deposit plus accompanying bonus and NOT cash out??

In my propensity as unofficial T&C's editor at CM, I'll translate this to make it clear:

"A bonus is offered at our discretion to extend playtime and enhance the player's experience of our games. Should any player, against the odds, have the audacity to meet the WR and on top of that the sheer nerve to attempt to withdraw the resulting cashable balance, then we reserve the right to steal their winnings and zero their balance. Should the player complain enough we may, at our discretion, generously refund their deposit before closing their account."

They should pay you for that.:thumbsup:

Unfortunately NetBet (not to be confused with casinos of a similar name) didn't when I rewrote their bonus term correctly for them, so I doubt this lot will...;)

It is so sad to see a great casino (Jackpot Party) being reduced to this. Oh why did they have to sell to this crappy outfit?

The games don't work, customer service lie and now this. I don't expect this casino to be around much longer.

Its been a disaster right from the beginning. I think we have an early contender for biggest disappointment of 2014.

I've played at them a few times because I like WMS games, but as other points out they got big reliability issues, and the customer service cant act pretty weird at some times. I have however lodged a few complaints there to a manger(I believe) named Charlie, and he has been acting pretty professional atleast, and has not been shy of giving me a comp if the issues has affected the gaming session. That being said, I haven't been lucky enough to cash out, so i dunno if they would stick that clause on me if I won. Good the OP pointed this out though, because I surely won't be playing there again til that is removed. I hope this is only growth pains, but I guess we will see.

Long ago, a manager at Rival said that players are expected to play around 30% more than wagering requirements in order to keep from being bonus banned, but that's a long way from confiscating winnings for completing the bonus requirements.

Most casinos manage to write terms that prevent most advantage play, and if a player didn't break the rules, pay them! Whether you keep them as a customer or offer future bonuses is up to the operator.

Thanks for bring this to the forum's attention Mosse.

That's one big nail in the coffin for an outfit that has several small nails already hammered in.
I think that they have been giving out an unusually large number of sweetener bonuses due to the reliability issues, so it may be that a few more than they would like are actually cashing and making wr.
Couple this with probably a very small cash flow on the negative reviews of the site, then their back is against the wall and it's time to modify the t's and c's to screw anybody over.

This outfit will vanish quicker then we can eat a sandwich...
I wasn't a big fan of JPP because of the stripped RTP % on slots but at least they seemed more professional to me.
SlotsMagic is nothing like JPP and I wonder what WMS gaming will think of the downfall of a once very popular casino,WMS exclusive.

Terrible terrible site.

I was a long standing member of jackpot party.

Slotsmagic is a complete joke,

They gave me a 100% deposit bonus, which i didnt take, as it meant i could only play the deposited funds on the WMS games, and the bonus funds had to be played on crappy slots, which rarely worked.

CS is pretty poor, some of them struggle with basic english.

I'm sure jackpotparty were happy with the money they made, and decided to gtf out.

And subsequently the site is dying a slow and painful death, not long before it's on the rogue list, (should already be there imo)

This.

JPP got out when they let other have the slots, nothing unique to offer, other than lower rtp's and a progressive system that didnt work.

Thread title was "WARNING: ...", tweaked to avoid confusion with official Casinomeister Warnings.

I've queried live chat on a number of issues - The $10 000 is definitely there, or was communicated to me. I was also told that any payment exceeding $500 or more will be paid in 'chunks'. I didn't bother to ask for a better explanation.

$500, that is pretty dam low. What if you withdraw $550 :p There has to be some cashflow problems here and its a shame that at the start they just piggy backed off the existing Jackpot Party players as they were none the wiser to the company that took them over.

Some of you can look up some stuff on EGO none of it is very pretty, most of it affiliate related. The casinos under the same umbrella all run on SkillOnNet software which I just do not trust. From 2009 but you can find a little more with Google.

Total agree, I do not think they have any room left for nails in coffin, Its about time it got laid to rest, More complaints and stupid terms,
I honestly do not what they was smoking when they took over but I bet there regretting it now, I wouldnt play there if they were the only casino left on the net

A different view

Just wanted to share my good experience at Slots Magic.

I deposited for the first time about a week ago, and took the £100 deposit with a £150 bonus offer. Yes the WMS slots were not even worth playing as they were running dreadfully slow and frequently booting me out. Because of this I went onto play 300 shields where I managed to have a really good hit on a 50p stake winning £2200 approx, due to a great line hit on the 300x multiplier. My balance was around £2300-£2400 at this point, in which I gradually played on the low variance 3D slots or whatever you call them to clear my bonus....which was 30x the £150 bonus (not bad). I wouldn't recommend these slots as there are very few decent pays, and I think I also ran pretty terribly on them...having £1600 left after working off the bonus.

However, I had no problem in receiving my £1600 after a couple of doc verifications.

I opened up the client a few days later and saw in the bottom right, I had another 150% bonus offer if I wished to take it. I did, hit big again, grinded out the bonus and have just had verification that my £2100 withdrawal request has been processed, although it's yet to hit my bank. It's also worth noting that all WMS slots were running as fast as I'd seen them on any other site this time....no problems there whatsoever, maybe they've improved their servers or whatever.

So for me SlotsMagic has been great, just thought I'd share my experience to address what I personally see as unwarranted criticism on here.
