sorry I know the casino has a bad reputation but I don't see what they have done wrong here. You have a $100 bonus on a $100 deposit with wagering $3000. The bonus money always appears separate on RTG cashier and it clearly shows the wagering. Even if you only played a $100 on live tables you are still bound by the casino terms. Until you wager $3000 on games that are allowed and complete the wagering then you cannot request a withdrawal. Never thought id defend that casino but this time they look to have done nothing wrong they are only applying the same rules as nearly every casino does.

the 20.06 was deposited real money that was in my acct already since a while back, years back. basically they are saying because I redeemed that 100 dollar bonus I'm not eligible to withdrawl my winnings.. even though I didn't bother playing the bonus money and used real $ already available and withdrawable. another words I'm being punished b/c I didn't play my 20.06 before I redeemed the FASTBREAK bonus. So if I would have just played the 20.00 real $ I took over to live table roullete first and then won, cashed out I would have been ok with no worries... which makes no sense b/c the system does not allow any type of bonus $ to be brought over.. I would assume even if I had a pending withdrawl I'm not allowed to play the bonus 100 fastbreak on the games in the terms either.... As you can see I didn't play 1 penny of the bonus.. neither of what the email says is in any term I read n the site, only in the email they sent which says "dear" not even have a name in there lol its as if they make up rules as they go! I hope you understand better now..

I understand full well and maybe its not right but way casinos work is that whether you have real money in your balance or not once you accept that bonus you need to wager it completely before withdrawing. If you had real money in your account you should have played it before taking a bonus. Most casinos do the same including all the best like 32red etc and very few casinos let you withdraw winnings if you haven't touched the bonus money . Might not seem fair but as soon as that bonus is accepted its locked in your account and no matter how much money you had before you need to wager the bonus on accepted games before cashing out. Maybe its unfair but its the normal so the casino has done no wrong this time

Sorry I disagree with you Paul.. And what makes my point valid is the way its setup in the cashier and the fact I am only allowed to bring the real money over to a live table. Bonus shmonus I should have just played the real $ that was there already and then this wouldn't be here.. I'll give you an example you could understand.. I'm not seeing it in there terms though is the problem..and the guy couldn't find it for me either..only the email slated to a ghost..we were on the phone together reading the same page but magically his page had the added terms you and him speak of..so let me get it right according to you I now have 200.06 of bonus money that I need to meet requirements of playthrough on the slated games? maybe casino is wrong as well by accepting your deposit. But it does say in their terms a player can not take a bonus if they have an existing balance and you deposited $100 to get a $100 bonus if im correct while still having $20 in your account. So for that reason alone you broke their terms whether its right or wrong. But these days casino should be able to deny the promotion automatically if you don't qualify. But at end of the day its the players responsibility to read the terms. Id guess tho im no expert on that casino that best you could hope for would be to pm the rep and explain and get your deposit back and funds you already had without the winnings

Why don't you try following the guidelines here for complaints about casinos?

First of all, your opening post was totally inappropriate considering the problem looks to be at least partly your fault. If you have $20 in your account and add $100 it is not kept separate so there is no such thing as using this $20 but not that $100. Before you take any bonus make sure your balance is zeroed out, that avoids so many potential problems.

Bonuses are a trap and they catch unwary players.

The complaint process here is a PAB, not a pib. If you want to use it follow the link given to you by Kasino King and make sure you read and understand the process and abide by it. If you just want to rant and point fingers your complaint will go nowhere.

Just keep your mouth shut whilst the PAB is in progress otherwise it will jeopardize your case. Frankly if your case had any merits these guys wont sweat over 100 or 200 bucks.
