please help
Casino WinBig21 after I made a deposit and sent a bunch of documents blocked account
I wrote many letters to them that they explained to me the reasons- no response

in live chat they not know why me blocked


I wrote about 10 letters and received no response

I wrote a request for assistance in bryan@casinomeister.com, info@ecogra.org, info@curacao-egaming.com
but nowhere has not yet received a response

I ask you for help

I'm not surprised by anything these rogue Rival casinos do these days - but they spoil the reputation of the whole brand, which is a great shame. :(

Anyway, did you sign-up after clicking an advert on another website? If so, contact the owner of that site and ask them to help you.
You wont get any official help here as the casino is on the "No can do list".
But you could try Ask Gamblers, or any of the dozens of other sites advertising this place you'll find if you Google the casino name.

you forgot to mention what exactly is your problem, other than closed account.

Did you win and ask for a withdrawal?

If not, I suggest you don`t worry about it, go play at accredited casino.
If yes, you need to post more info.

first of all it would be best, if you describe exactly what happened? how much you deposited? you took a bonus? do they want to check your docs because you tried to cashout?

i think it would be best for the beginning to post here what happened, then you can think about sending emails to individuals, but if you write ecogra concerning this casino i dont think they can offer any help, imho winbig is a fishy outfit with a history of problems, esspecially concerning payouts.

you can start reading the pitch-a-bitch faq (here on cm), as filing a pab might be the only thing you can do.

they ask me that me need did deposit 25. i did. then i get mail about me need send documents. i send many documents and when i wait money in my Skrill acount,i get mail that my withdraw back in balance. i go in casino but not can login.i see that my acount blocked.

What are the time-scales here?
e.g. what date did you find your account locked and how long has the casino had to look into the problem?

I'm not surprised about your e-mails being ignored - I have tried to contact dozens of these "dodgy" Rival casinos and got no replies.

i see, that´s correct.

as he said he played a nd bonus and made his verificational dep in order to cashout.

if now his account is blocked and support doesnt answer it doesnt look very promising.

try to tell them they should at least! pay you back your deposit.

As I asked before: How did you end up playing at this casino?
Can you remember if you clicked on an advertising banner or link on a website? If so, which one?
Or did you arrive there directly by search engine?

You mention that you took a no deposit bonus. Did you read the terms and conditions associated with the bonus? There is usually a wagering requirement and a max cash-out for a no deposit bonus. Make sure you met the wagering requirement, and your cash-out seems a little high for a no deposit bonus, so check all the T & C on the web site. You may just need to request a smaller withdraw.

UGH !! never mind. The web site does not appear to have any T & C that I could find related to bonuses of any kind....or about much else for that matter.
This looks like a major place to avoid.

I have read the rules and did not violate them and met all their conditions

a feeling that they do not know what to think, and therefore ignore

but I hope that these little money, I will build them tight antiadvertising

so players know that this casino "hicks trying to cheat on a sandwich"

However, I can tell you that a rep at a different Rival casino has got involved and asked Rival to give Winbig21 a poke about your problem.
Can't promise anything, but hopefully something will come out of that.

Similar chats with paul in another complaint service. Its clearly a rogue operator. There always seems to be some technical issue with cashing out, but depositing and playing (losing) the balance is always approved.
