Slotocash promo e-mails

I have not played at Slotocash or Desert Nights since they excluded me from bonuses. Starting last month I kept getting e-mails from Stephan Vaughn with great bonus offers only to go on live chat and told that I could not use them. Got another one yesterday and had the following chat.

I felt they were trying to get me to make a deposit and then say that I was banned and keep the money. Just wanted to warn others if they get these promo e-mails. Good luck.
 
I have been unbanned from bonuses several months ago. Several weeks ago I received an email with a promo code and I tried to redeem it. However it kept getting declined. When I enquired via live chat I was told it was only for new players. Ha! I have been playing with them for a year and they addressed me by name/username. Nevertheless, they told me to deposit and they credited the bonus manually.

They are getting all sorts of problems as they try to attract deposits with lucrative bonuses but they just cannot keep up with so many promos. CW is much better but a couple of years ago they also had teething problems with their promos.
 
Had a very similar experience... Bonus banned then I kept getting Bonus emails. They stopped eventually. I agree, It is annoying and they should remove ineligible accounts off the database.

Is it only RTG and Rival casinos that bonus ban? I have never been bonus banned only thing near to a ban is when nordicbet decided not to give me free spins because I won at them one time.

Netent,MG,playtech and more they have never been bonus banned me and I play only with bonuses.

So is it a RTG and Rival thing to piss on their own customers or how does it work?

Many companies have automated systems that email out via an outsourced third party client that generate these emails, they aren't personal and while they can be annoying I would just ignore, if they don't want to give you the bonus then why bother contacting them, just filter where possible the source.

I agree that the emails can be annoying but the email list that they typically have agreements with on a third party level can be huge and difficult to filter, read they can't be bothered to contact their supplier of the service and stop.

Don't take it to heart as a wind up, just filter it as spam.

IMO bonus banning's definitely a RTG thing (not so sure about Rival). I've only ever been threatened a bonus ban at one casino and of course I stopped playing there. I dont get this thing about Sloto bonus banning customers, their bonuses are so ev- that even when customers do eventually win on them Sloto's still made a huge profit. I can remember seeing a $5000 wagering requirement on a $75 bonus :eek2:
