Hi all, weekends on its way, and time for the good casino bonuses! Thought so..

Got an email from Boyle Casino
"For all you slot lovers out there, we are giving a 50% Slots Reload Bonus from Thursday to Sunday this week!

All you have to do is stake EUR100 on any included slot or combination of included slots to get EUR50 bonus straight away!"

Okey that is a pretty good promotion, 20€ is the minimum deposit and you have a quite a decent chance to wager 100€ with that.
So pretty good 250% promotion that is(if you get lucky)! 40x wager for that 50€ bonus. Well, that is a bit high, but not too bad, considering you might get 50€ for 20€ deposit.

Then took a look more closely at the T&C of the promotion. Found this devilish term:

"Cash funds withdrawal after wagering requirements are met is capped at £/$50."

Just a warning to all of you about those terms.

Did not thought would stumble to something like that with an accredited casino. Or do you think that is allright?

Happy weekend to all of you, I started mine a bit early :p!

This really reads messed up all the way through... they are announcing a 50 % reload bonus in the top line... then saying it is kind of a fixed reward for wagering in the next one. And the cap at 50 bucks is just plainly ridiculous.

Probably they were trying to give the players a 50% bonus on a deposit of 100, which have to be wagered once on given games before the bonus is credited. Once the bonus is credit, you need to turn it over 40x, before you can withdraw your winnings. The 50 bonus are not cashable and are therefore removed from your total payout amount.

Put this way it would make kind of sense, although the bonus is much closer to being kind of a cashback than a real bonus imho. If you did well on your 100 wagered prior, the bonus is just a royal pain. If you lost like 80% of your deposit however, it could come in handy.

But admittedly, this isn't stated in the text quoted above... it is just what my remains of common sense can puzzle together...

There is simply no way this bonus makes sense in my mind.
Sounds same as some of what rogue casinos offer "1000% match on your first deposit".... "Max cashout is capped to 2 times of your initial deposit"

Would be nice to hear what was in mind of the people planning this promotion. If it was not planned just to rip of players.

It's a max cashout on a deposit, not even slightly acceptable for an accredited casino.

Worse, the max cashout can be LESS than the amount deposited, as after all, a 50% bonus of 50 would lead players to deposit 100, only to find that even if they do well, the max cashout represents a loss of 50 on their 100 deposit.

If this is not the case, then it is STILL unacceptable on the grounds that this promotion is a "dog's breakfast" of misleading headline offer and predatory smallprint that leaves the player with no idea what the offer represents.

I think the max cashout is for the bonus itself and it is 50€. You can ofcourse withdraw your deposit as an addition to that. But still makes no sense.

Even RTG casinos offer better NO DEPOSIT bonuses. They useally have bonusx 5/10 max cashout. This one needs a deposit and has a max cashout of bonusx1.

Needs some explonation from Boyle.

edit: I PMed boyles rep in the forum about this. Last time he was signed it, was on last october, so not too hopefull he/she will notice it though.

And here we go again Boyle...

This one is even worse than the last one.

We are sorry - it will be changed.

Apologies for the delay in replying arkus88, I have only just seen the post.

In truth I agree that this is a very badly structured bonus as far as the terms are concerned.

I am being totally frank here and I will say we are having some technical issues with integrating standard deposit bonuses on the NetEnt Casino platform. Basically we are not able to offer an automated deposit bonus via NetEnt, and we do not want live support to have the loads of potentially hundreds of players a day taking a bonus and having to either manually credit them, or delays to players. This would be a losing situation for both sides.

The Casino Manager has tried to work out a way for an automated bonus we can run on NetEnt, and these are bonuses based around turnover/stakes/wagered amounts. We can set the NetEnt system to auto credit this bonuses after a certain amount is wagered.

This is a generous bonus, as you initially thought. We do however need to tweak the terms of these bonuses until we can get the deposit bonuses integrated. I hope you appreciate my honesty here, and if any player feels they have lost out due to these terms then please PM me right away and I will look into it.

Thank you for your reply.
But I can not understand how come the promotion still continues?
My suggestion would be: change minimum deposit to 50€ and take the max cashout rule out. That should be very fair for the casino and the player.
Espicially because of the maxbet rule and the game ristrictions, I can not see how that could be abused.

I just cant understand how this kind of BS promotions are just allright.

And yet, it has been continuing with those t&c for a month.
250% depo match with 1xbonus max cashout (IF you are lucky to wager 100€ with 20€ deposit without loosing a dime).

You risk 20€ (at minimum) of your own money. Youll have to wager 2000€ and the max you can win is 50€.

I can not imagine anyone taking part to this promotion after reading T&C.
I understand no one has to, but why in the world offer BS like this (can anyone come up with a reason? I can come up with only one reason :)).

Sorry for continuing with this issue, but it just makes me mad and I think this kind of promotions should not be allright for rebutable casinos.

That's not good enough. I would rather NOT offer a Bonus then make the brand look sloppy because of that.

Boyle also need to look at getting a loyalty program running for their NetEnt players. You can earn comps with Playtech but not NetEnt.

Hello again arkuss8,

You are correct this should have been changed before, this was a simple oversight where the communication wasn't sent from one department to the other too amend the term. We agreed to remove it when you highlighted the issue a month or so ago, and I thank you for bringing it to our attention again.

I have today personally stood behind a colleague whilst the the max cash out term from this wagering bonus was removed. As I explained before we are only using this form of bonus due to technical issues with deposit bonuses between Boyles and NetEnt. It was a very innocent but miscalculated bonus.

If any player feels they have lost out due to this term, since I agreed to change this then please let me know and I will review the account.

Be lucky :)

Keith

Keith, thank for your reply. I just checked and the term is taken out from the promotion T&C. Great job!
Really happy to see action behind the words. Admitting and correcting issues makes a great business.

Will give that promotion another go tonight and continue playing with Boyle over all .
