I dont know how many of you are VIP at Red Flush but ill let you in on a little secret. VIP at red flush is nothing more than having the right to say "im VIP". They do not give yearly anniversary bonuses, special occasion bonuses and after you ask about what you are entitled to, you hear, "never heard of that before," or "what website are you seeing this on." The best part is when they go to that website and say that it doesn't state anywhere on the page anything about, "Among the given benefits are Cash Back, VIP Host, Gift, Free Withdrawals, Birthday Surprises, Anniversary Surprise, VIP Trips and many others." on the microgaming site promoting their casino. Whats even more pathetic is the "dedicated" casino hosts like Craig and Rithen. Rithen cant remember the lies hes told and then screws it up a couple days later. Craig agreed with me aout being 110% right about the VIP anniversary bonus but the only thing he had to do was find the amount. 20 minutes later he comes back and says sorry i cant credit you any anniversary bonus. When i ask why he tells me when it comes down to feeding his family or giving my bonus he chooses to support his family. Which i understand but they threaten to fire employees for crediting offers they offer. Its too bad nobody that works there knows whats going on. About a week later I asked craig a second time about it. He based my anniversary bonus on 2 of the 12 months that year. Okay fine. But i deposited nearly $60,000 over the last year and to show there appreciation of me i was given a $20.00 free chip. WOW. Almost forget to mention the forgotten christmas bonus and no new years bonus. Oh wait before i was vip they gave that to you willingly. After i became vip i had to mention it to them and got the whopping 20 again. Keep up your appreciation for your players. Its awesome.

I must say out of all the headaches, lies and stories this casino gives out there are a few good employees there. ALYSSA, RAQUEL AND RONALD ARE THE BEST FOR EVERYTHING.

yah maybe i was just a winner. i guess 2 million in wagers and no withdrawels "ever" can be considered a "winner." I wont withdraw unless its a huge amount. I just dont particularly care all that much and ust enjoy playing. But if a casino is gonna offer me something for my loyalty and dedication i damn well expect to get what it is they offer and dont think i should have to argue for it.
