I received an offer for free bonus dollars with Ruby Slots if sign up for new account.. so gave them a try. I played the bonus money $100.00 on and off for a couple of weeks and was sitting on $500. when i won a jackpot on 3 stooges $750.00. I checked my wagering requirements for the bonus money and was supposed to be able to withdraw $1000.00 of my balance. I contacted on line chat service.. gave them my details and started to type enquiry, when i received error message on computer saying I have been logged out of my account. I logged back in and found all my money had been wiped.
I began typing message to on line chat but was no longer connected to that server either! I had kindly been left a message before they disconnected me.. saying that there had been a mistake I should not have received the bonus so they had taken it back. goodbye.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour... I am just glad that's the only money they will ever be getting from me.There really needs to be some sort of regulatory body keeping these sites either honest or shut down.

Hi,

Where did you get the $100 Bonus From?

In terms of a regulatory Body - There are several but it seems that many of the Rogue Casinos go for the bodies who allow them to thieve.

Casinomeister has an Accredited Section - There are PLENTY of Honest Casinos to choose from. I see that you are from Australia - You have a great choice - Don't waste it playing at shady places.

It didn't take them long.

Change the name to trick players into thinking it's a brand new casino, and then the same old tricks again.

Nobody seriously believes they will ever change, and now they seem happy to have their new name linked to the same old complaints. They will do this for a while, and when everybody gets wise to it, the names will all get changed again.

Good job you found out before any real money was given to them, but you ONLY found out because you won. Had you lost, they would have saved this nasty surprise until you first won and made a withdrawal, and then all your wins would be void because you played and lost the bonus.

Remember too, NOT taking a bonus on your deposit at Virtual casinos is also classed as "bonus abuse" if you have used bonuses before and lost. According to them, the abuse is that you have "filled up the machines" by losing your bonus, and are abusively waiting till they are "due to pay" and then not taking a bonus when "emptying them".

Bullshit of course, but they tried it, and it's even in the terms somewhere. If their software really works like this, it is a good reason to avoid them.

Bryan posted somewhere recently that he is now accepting PABs against the Virtual Group - so the OP should go ahead & Pitch-A-Bitch.
(I'll look for the link...)

KK

They won't allow her to make a PAB but to get them to look at the issue.
She has had problems with them before and was paid after three months so if she wants to take another fight I would be happy to see the outcome;)

This is what Bryan wrote in feb:

At Casinomeister, we've had a long standing policy to not accept any complaints via the PAB service for casinos listed in our Rogue Section. The Virtual Casino Group has been in and out of the rogue pit for over a decade - and their present status is "in the pit." Max and I spoke at length with Amit, and we agreed to accept PABs for the Virtual Group - but only to be forwarded to Amit.

Is it a "real" PAB Casinomeister can handle or is it just a delivery to Amit at Gwages/Refer/Virtual?

Obviously this is RTG casino? I believe that it is. There is an option usually on these websites in which you can click on "CDC" icon. This will transfer you to a page in which you register and log your complaint. You have to have an updated browser for it to work properly but they have helped players in the past. Probably not as good of an option as Max and Bryan but still it is there. Good luck.

A laughable option. Even if CDC rule in favour of the player, the casino can ignore the ruling without any fear of consequences from either CDC or RTG.

Forwarding the issue to Amit is not a true PAB, it is merely using another avenue of complaint to Virtual, this time via their affiliate program.

Virtual have been known to cut the BS and pay up in such cases, but it can take months, even years, of persistent efforts. Why not instead play at a casino that will pay up with little fuss other than the standard document checks.

If Virtual really do turn over a new leaf, I will eat my lucky gambling hat:rolleyes:

Ruby Slots Casino

Hey my name is David and I just won $500 at Ruby Slots Casino with a Players Rewards Card which was sent to me in the mail. It looks like a credit card but it's not. I was able to use it for a $100 deposit anyways I met all the play through requirements and I have now requested a withdrawal for $500 which was approved by courier check on Nov. 21st 2012. I am now waiting to see if that actually happens. I am not that encouraged by them not responding to my recent E-Mails, but I'm going to see what happens and give them the benefit of the doubt to this point. I will keep you informed to the outcome as soon as time allows. Wish me luck. I think I'm going to need it. -David C.

If you still had any promotional money left on that card, you don't now:p

If they send your $500 back to that card for you to play again at one of their casinos, that'll be gone too:D

It would have been wise to remove the middle 8 digits as if it were a credit card, as you can't be sure how the casino have implemented these, and you can be sure it won't be as robust an implementation as a credit card, and these can be raided from just a picture.

In the Katrina disaster, a woman was filmed showing off the card she had been given by the government to help out. No sooner did this air, someone captured her card details off the broadcast and emptied her card. It was a cock up by the broadcast company, they should have edited out the card details before broadcast. They were complacent because it was for French news, and they didn't think any of their viewers would be mean enough to try to take advantage - they were wrong.

God, what a terrible story, people are ruthless..

Davidcole,

Whether Vinylweatherman is correct or not it will do you no harm to contact Renee who is the rep for Player Rewards in this forum. Send her a private message. She is normally quite helpful. Good Luck.

uhhh wait a minute, isn't this Ruby Slots which is the new name for the Virtual VIP Lounge? Are you confusing them with someone else chuchu? Or am I the one that's confused?

@chayton, no you aren't confused...the Player Rewards card is linked to the Virtual Group (Cool Cat, VIP Lounge aka Ruby Slots, Palace of (Not a) Chance, etc.), so contacting Renee won't do any good. These cards were sent snail mail, you have to download the casino to see what your "reward" is...only to find out it's from this rogue group.

Not you Chayton - Chuchu is the confused one in this case. (Understandable given the name of the card).

@ David Cole: Don't ever expect to get paid by these rogues.
Whether you do or not, please avoid ALL casinos on the Rogue List in the future - even the smallest amount of deposited money to them just encourages them to carry on stealing from other unsuspecting players.

Hey I don't care about the players reward card. I used the whole amount of the card which was $100. Plus RUBY SLOTS said it can't be put back on the Players Reward Card & that they will send my winnings by courier check (FED EX). I met the RUBY SLOTS play through requirements and I sent them an email which was asking why it was taking so long for my payment to be processed and when I could expect it to arrive in Arizona and this was RUBY SLOTS CASINO response: Our usual time frame for sending approved payments is 7-10 business days but due to current processing limitations a more accurate time frame is currently 10-20 business days. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Please note that all time frames are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday except holidays). We are a high bonus model casino so there will be a longer payout time frame then other casinos however players come back for the huge bonuses which we will continue to provide for the most entertainment value in the industry!! Please rest assured once the payment has been confirmed you will be E-Mailed with all these details. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely -Todd

Yeah I think I got it wrong. However, if I recall correctly there was a post not long ago stating that Max was accepting PABs stemming from the urghhhh. Virtual Group.

Nope, they have only promised them to forward the issues. No real PAB's yet.

It feels awful to say this but for the last months I have not seen a single one not being paid by them. They are responding everywhere and all complaints are taking care of. Bryan has also stated that all earlier non payments have been settled.
I still don't like them and will never play there since their history is what it is, but to just tell everyone that is owed money that they won't recieve them is also wrong.

It's not easy to keep up with Virtual/G-Wages/Refer/Ace Revenue etc. but the 123Bingo/123bingoonline issue wasn't solved. Or is it?

https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...odgy-practices-and-mishandled-winnings.51467/

Gambling wages lists Bingo Knights as their bingo site. At Bingo Knights page they are linking to bingo4affiliates... 123Bingo in other words.

Bingo Knights and 123Bingo has identical phone numbers.

So is it Bingo Knights that doesn't know which affiliate they are linked to or:eek2:
The same phonenumber is never any proof since they can just buy support from the same place.

Maybe Virtual group sold Bingo Knights and forgot to update their pages? IF Virtual really are trying to clear their name, they can't have shared support with other crooks or old webpages.

That's a load of bollocks. They are a slow pay casino because they are rogue, and want to keep hold of the money for as long as possible. Whether or not a casino gives high bonuses or peanuts has no bearing on the processing speed once players have met the terms and requested a withdrawal.

Their slow pay is to give them plenty of time to find an excuse as to why the payout should be confisacted. They HATE paying out on welcome free chips, so 20 days is pretty optimistic. They pay far faster when players lose 10K every time they withdraw 5K - they can't pay fast enough then because they know they will soon get that 5K back, along with another 5K, and don't want such a player to be hanging around waiting for 20 days when they could be depositing another 10K.
