Now i deposit 2x and no win, and i becom a free Bonus $ 10 and i win. Max cash out is $ 50.

I send in all my Documents and the Casino say, ok, Peter you can now Withdrawal.

Ok, i withdrawal all my Balance Money $ 359 an wait 10 business Days.

Now the Casino back all my Money of my Balance and say ,the max withdrawa is $ 50 from the free Bonus.

And the minimum Withdrawal for Neteller is $100. i must deposit then i becom my Money.

THIS IS NOT CORRECT, and Begado Casino is a Devil Casino and no pay out the Money.

Thanks

To my knowledge the $10 free chip has a max cashout of $50 so there is nothing wrong with what they are telling you. Before claiming a bonus, you should read the t & c's and make sure you understand them.

I think from what I can tell, the OP's big problem is that they want him to deposit first to get the money - and his gripe is that he deposited before he even took the free chip and them asking him to deposit again is upsetting to him.

IMHO, if you have already deposited and then take a free chip, then you shouldn't have to deposit again but most casinos don't agree with me :)

You would think Begado and others would stop being so silly. Behaving like this will almost certainly seal their fate when Nevada and other USA online casinos open their doors. Places like this will drop like flies.

is a tramp

tramp high level for cash out and lost all the money. casinos whit is ruler:libery slots, begado, slotcash,in others casinos the minimum is 20 or 10 is good

Rogue bahaviour 101:

A) Put a maximum on free chips win
B) Put a minimum cashout on free online withdrawal options (Neteller, Moneybooker, etc)
C) Make sure that B is > A

Et voila. Now you don't have to worry about people cashing out on free chips. You can now proceed to spam no deposit free chips offers like there's no tomorrow.

Thanks to all

my experience with Begado (so far)

I was lucky enough to hit for a big number a few weeks ago at Begado (> $5k). Took around a few days to accept my documents and they sent me the first 1k within a week of so. I have another 1k pending right now and I expect to be paid in full in 5-6 weeks.

Not ideal, but I'm fine with that pace as a US player. I only wish I won 50k and had to wait all year :)

Maybe you are a US player but you do have other choices. Miami Club, Buzzluck, Lucky Club. They have the same software, but would pay you within a week or so. So why chose a place that pay so slowly?
If it's the bonuses you're after I suppose you won't have them if you win more. They ban everyone from bonuses sooner or later if they are up or seems to be winning a little too often.

Frankly, if you had won 50K I doubt you would even see a cent of your money given their funding is so tight as to pay only 1K per week. Players should avoid this place IMHO.

I play all of them

Point taken.

I play all of them and yes, I do like the bonuses. If and when they ban me from bonuses, I won't use the bonuses them anymore, but in the meantime I'll enjoy the bonuses.

There are no secrets with this group. They pay $500 -- $1000 per week/10 days. If you don't like that schedule, don't play there, if you are ok with it, enjoy the bonuses.

I'm not saying faster pay is not better, but it is what it is and I am ok with it (doesn't mean everyone has to be).

You are just speculating - their cash-out schedule has nothing to do with the level of their funding, it's a management policy decision.
As it happens I don't like this policy either, but what really boggles my mind is that even though this group totally stick to the terms and conditions which are clearly stated on their websites, some people still call this "rogue" behaviour!
I just don't get it.

So I agree with you - if people read the T&Cs at ANY casino and don't like something, they should avoid the casino.

KK

I think that the rogue behaviour with that, is the reason behind that management policy decision.
Why do they have it? What's in it for them?
...and can that be in any way a positive thing for their customer? I don't think so, so no matter what it says in their T&C's it's the reason behind it that I find bad.
They always pay I don't argue against that, but it's taking way too long.

Yes KK, T'is a guess but I believe its an educated guess. The fact that they only pay $1k a week does indicate their funding is tight.Telling you upfront that they only pay $1k is poor behaviour as there are many players who deposit $1k or more in one go and spins of $2-3 are not uncommon so the very least they should do if their cashflow is steady is to provide loyal players with a raised minimum based on their average deposit amounts and average bet size.

You are not correct here chuchu. I don't like to defend this casino but I have to.
Not everyone's cashout is limited to $1000 per week. Many get's paid much more. They talk about it as a status thing, but the fact is that many people are getting paid more at once, or the total cashout in one go.

Exactly my point fair lady. If they pay more than $1k a week to loyal players and those with large deposits/bets at the very least this makes them look better than say, Slots Jungle. I thought they are adamant that only $1k per week is paid to any player irrespective of status and this puts them in a poor light.Hiding behind the Ts and Cs is poor form but if they do pay more than $1k a week to many other players they should trumpet it out.

I have to disagree. The money no longer belongs to the casino once the player has won it. ANY delayed schedule is really using PLAYER'S funds to provide liquidity to act as a buffer against the peaks and troughs of variance. "Tightly funded" is not the same as "underfunded", it means that rather than use a credit facilty to balance the variance, they borrow players' funds for free.

The other term IS a straight forward rogue practice. It is impossible to withdraw only $50 from the free chip because the min is $100. It is therefore a misleading offer when presented as an opportunity to win. All the player can ever do is play on the $10 till he busts out, no other outcome is possible. They could instead give half as many $20 free chips to players, same amount of bonus, but in a form that makes it possible to cash out the 5x max. If they are so honest, why don't they do this and avoid this issue of "B > A"?

While I sympathise with the OP, unfortunately that's how rules work. I can't imagine why a normal employee at Begado would break protocol to satisfy a customer.

I think that since the OP deposited should tell Begado they are a potential customer, and should have given the OP the money, but it comes back to rules and protocol, and I'm sure no one wants to get fired for breaking rules.

If a casino rubs you the wrong way, just choose another one.

Good luck!

I had no deposit winnngs 125$ and I wanted to withdrawl them, had to make 20$ deposit before withdrawl and documents had to be sent. All an aLL it took 17 days to get my money to withdrawl. Very bad customer care, live chat was horrible. After all this I got a call from "casino manager" and he explained their policy that withdrawl process takes 7-10 business days :) well... I gratefull I got my money out, but do not recomenned this casino to no one. very bad experience.
