Hi,

Ladbrokes has a forum representative that you can, and should, contact. Link is in my signature.

Also you might want to check out our Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) service. Please read the PAB FAQ before you proceed. Again, links are in my sig.

Later: looks like rainmaker, KK and I all had the same idea at the same time. What the heck, good advice all around! :)

@akimobalola: PAB received, please check your email. Also you might want to have another look at that PAB FAQ: posting about your PAB issue -- especially _after_ you filed the PAB -- is a big no-no which you should know from the FAQ. You need to choose whether you want to proceed with your PAB or continue posting here: it's one or the other but not both. Also, re-titled the thread to minimise potential PAB problems.

Rainmaker beat me to it!

Ladbrokes obviously have reason to suspect some sort of fraudulent activity in regard to your account.
If you know in your own mind that you are 100% innocent, then please follow the steps Rainmaker gave.
If you are not innocent - give it up because you wont fool anyone here or at Ladbrokes.

KK

KK has the right of it: fraud, and their case against the OP is fairly good. OP is going to have to clear things up with Lads directly before we'll be able to justify any further involvement.
