I joined after reading good things on here about them

After a couple of days, I decided to make a deposit, A tab kept coming up on the right everytime I logged in wanting me to take them up on their 100% deposit bonus offer.

So I clicked onwards, entered my details, made my deposit.

No bonus. Waited a while, still nothing, I though maybe turnover my deposit once before it triggers it, But no.

I couldn't turn my deposit over more than once, as my biggest win was 60p

So i got live chat up, and after 15minutes of waiting I asked my chat operator where my bonus was....

andrew: hi there
andrew: I have made my casino deposit, with 100% bonus code, but No bonus added to my account?
Henrik: unfortunately we can not offer the casino bonus to you when you are from the uk
andrew: ?? it did not tell me that anywhere
andrew: It came up and said I had a 100% deposit bonus to claim, so I clicked it and made a deposit
andrew: If I had known this before hand I would not deposit.
andrew: I cannot get my money back now
andrew: Have you nothing else to say on the matter?

I've not been sitting here for 15mins without a reply.

I think I'll give up, and remove my account from there.

I'm sorry I couldn't have the great experience everyone else seems to have had.

Did you read the terms of the bonus before you accepted it? If you did, you would have seen that it was not available to UK residents. However, it should not have popped up to ask you to claim as I am sure the software could prevent this.

Did you contact the rep here (Ben)? It is expected that you do this before posting a complaint, as most times it can be resolved.

What Nifty said, it is clearly stated in general tems and conditions, general bonus terms and conditions and specific welcome bonus terms and conditions that players from UK are not eligible for a welcome bonus. You would not have missed this if you had read these rules. It should also be mentioned that Nordicbet has quite few bonus rules, so it only takes like a minute to read them (players can basically do whatever they want with their bonus :D).

I also agree with Nifty that you should have send the rep from Nordicbet a PM first. He is one of the most helpful reps on this forum and he would most likely have solved your problem in no time :thumbsup:

That's very responsive of you but if the OP does not reside in any of the 8 eligible countries then he shouldnt get a bonus though you could discretionally grant him one though I would advise against that otherwise others will follow.

While I somewhat agree with you.

Surely there can be a way to stop this coming up for UK users.

Everytime I logged in, it wanted me to take the 100% deposit bonus.

Hi,

xxshepxx has been credited with the bonus. The only reason that I am crediting him the bonus is because (as Nifty pointed out) the IP targeting for the message failed so NordicBet was half at fault. I say half as it is obvious that xxshepxx did not even skim read the terms as he did not make the min deposit for the SUB so even if he was from an allowed country he would not have received the bonus.

As Nifty and the other fine members of casinomeister have pointed out, please read the terms and conditions befor accepting or taking up any sort of bonus so you know what you need to do to receive the bonus and complete the bonus. :thumbsup:

Also xxshepxx, in the future maybe just send a PM stating your issue, rather than creating a thread and then PMing the rep to read the thread. All reps are members here for a reason and we are all more than happy to help, 99% of the time a PM is all it takes. If you don't get a response, or the rep did not help you, then start a thread so you can get advice from all of these great people.
