5 Dimes "Mad Bonus" Complaint

Anyone here familiar with 5 Dimes Bonus Casino?

Well here's my story. They've been offering a 'mad bonus' promo. its not your straight-forward sticky/non-sticky bonus. anyway i took the 50% bonus, which comes with a 50X the bonus rollover. its not a deposit bonus though, you get the bonus only after you meet that rollover. until you meet the rollover, the bonus sits in a seperste sccount named bonus account and you can not use it.

ok, so i came in with $250 and they reimburse for fees, which was $15. when you begin, you only play with the deposit, and if you are able to meet the rollover, then that bonus is suppose to be added to your account, to use as you wish.

so i had a bonus of $125. the rollover was $6250. i started with $265 in my account. my 1st session went ok, and i ended with $450.

2nd session was fine also, and i ended with $586. after this session, i had met the rollover, and the bonus was added. my total now was $711, but that $711 was in an account named CURRENT BALANCE. there is another account named available balance which had my $586.

it looks like this:

current balance=$711 ($586+$125bonus) available balance=$586

i went to withdraw but was only able to take out $586. went to live chat, asked them to explain this to me. spoke to live chat 3 different times. essentially, all 3 told me that the $125bonus was added to my account. it was part of the $586 i had, and that was all.

i repeatedly told them that $586 was only the money i made from playing BJ. it had no bonus in it at all.

im gonna try live chat again now. anyone familiar with this promo from 5 Dimes?

i asked about the $711, they said after 1am tonight, that balance would be cleared

I'm very familiar with 5Dimes as I play roulette in their bonus casino all the time. I have never taken a casino bonus, however. A lot of times your balance will not settle until the next day so you can w/d your whole balance once it settles. But since you took a bonus I really don't know what kind of circus you must be dealing with. The CS there can be friendly but sometimes they can literally act like the dumbest people on earth and I don't know how else to say it.

Thanks for the response. they did tell me something about my account updating after 1am. well i just checked and now the bonus has been removed from my account. what a nightmare. either im as misunderstood as they say i am concerning bonuses/math skills, or your right, they are dumb. well, ive withdrawn what i could and will continue with CS until I get some satisfaction. Oh yeah, like you i normally dont use bonuses there, just the casino rebate program. the main reason i play there is because they pay you the next day.
ive found getting payed by the next day, outweighs getting bonuses at other casinos that make you wait 3,4,5 business weeks for your money. I absolutely HATE that tactic.

I am very familiar with 5 Dimes as well.
I was concerned as they haven't had any fairness checks for ~5-10 years. The manager told me that they will have their games checked for fairness straight away. This never happened.
The manager is either a liar or incompetent, either way I wouldn't play there myself or recommend to it to anyone else.
