    document problems

    Hi

Im having problems on a microgaming casino that is ecogra approved. They are asking for documents that are for an address i had 6-7 years ago. I have just forgotten to update my address to my current one.
After making this account i have made accounts to other casinos in the same group of casinos with my current address and provided them documents that have been approved.
I am unsure if i have any documents left for my old address. Because its been such a long time since i have lived there. Even other ecogra casinos that i have accounts with are with my "new" address where i can easily provide the documents, and have.

What should i do here, or do you think that my money is in limbo unless i can find a 7 years old utilitybill?

They only accept bills under 3 months old in any case. Sounds like they have split your data, and think you are two different players.

The problem is that you cannot even VIEW your original data, let alone update it, so there is no easy way to check whether your personal data is correct in any particular MGS casino.

They are probably asking for data from the old address because they think it is your CURRENT address at that particular casino. Since the addresses do not match with your newer accounts, they will not have merged your data from the old account with the new.

You can always complain to eCogra if you reach a stalemate.

If you have kept any tax certificates, you might have one from 6-7 years ago, since this is how long they are meant to be kept for tax purposes. The oldest might have your old address on them, and coupled with the same one for the following year, would show your move.

    Hi kavaman,

Ask whichever MG casino it is, to speak to their account manager at MG, to confirm you from your other MG casino accounts.

It should not be a problem!

    Regards,

    Dazzla

vinyl: i have only moved once in 10 years time and even asked on live chat that is my address this, registered and they confirmed me that it is. Its my old one. Im unsure if i can find any tax certificates because i cleaned the house about ½ year ago and threw away most of the stuff until 5 years. I know that i have sent this group of casinos my never utilitybill and they have even paid me on a different casino.

dazlazz:im not sure if i quite follow you. I should ask this casino to speak with their manager at mg? I didn't know that a casino has a manager with microgaming? Or is that what you mean?

This should be easy to sort out, unless the casino is deliberately being obstructive. It should simply be a case of updating the details on the old account, and verifying it again with your current documents. By checking at their end, they will be able to see that it is the SAME computer and internet connection that is currently playing the new accounts already verified, and the older reactivated account.

It almost looks like they are actively seeking a reason NOT to pay, rather than trying to sort out your account data. I bet they would have sorted this out by now were they waiting for you to DEPOSIT in that old account, and were not going to until they gave it a pass on verification.

You should quit playing at ALL the casinos in the group, even though they are paying you from them. Tell them you have stopped depositing altogether UNTIL this issue gets sorted out.

I'm curious before giving an opinion what steps have actually been taken to correct the situation.

Has the casino with the incorrect address been contacted and a request submitted to change the address to the new one?

And quite a number that are not accredited also have reps here at CM. (Like the large Casino Rewards group).

You might see if an old voter list is available... start maybe with your public library.
