Bonus Complaint 48 Hours to get Bonus

Hi All

I was playing today at Canbet casino and the chat support said that I have to wait for 48 Hours for the bonus (2 days ???) . When depositing by Neteller it took second and for the bonus I have to wait 2 days. Is that normal for such microgamimg casino ? In this case why they have active chat support ? is it only to manage the players deposit .

Beleive me, there is no casino such 32 red regarding the bonus issue. The Chat support have credited my account many times in seconds.Now I understood well why the 32red got the best casino meister price.

That's very normal for much MG Casinos, so don't be afraid of this rule

But normally it should be written in their bonus terms and conditions?

It states 2 days in on there website nicole, not all MG casino's work the same. Id say canbet's operators can not credit the bonus themselves like 32red does, they probably forward the bonus onto marketing for them to credit the bonus- thats the reason for the 2 days.
moral to this story is read all T&C's before you take on a bonus.

Well, I hope you see it in two days. I've had past experiences with MG & bonus issues, but all were resolved in a satisfactory if not timely manner. I had about 4 hours of my time and about a ten delay delay in receiving a $12.50 bonus at a MG casino other than Canbet. Was not the first incident. But I find that LiveChat operators try to be helpful, and it all depends on the support team. The same MG casino flubbed all my first three match bonuses, and the 3rd was resolved *very* promptly by an operator. Probably the first two could have been too. The fourth was a "technical issue" for one of those play xxx spins, receive these free spins kind of deal. The support op apologized for her "poor reading" of my playfair account after initially denying I had made the requisite number of bets.

Keep at 'em, they will probably do the right thing by you. But if their software "mucks" up, it might be longer than 48 hours. I've played at other MG sites that credited bonus points sooner, but this particular casino has paid me promptly, and I will plow through occassional or even frequent bumbling in favour of honestly.

In my case, it took a little more than 2 days. Support was helpful, though. There are some MGs that credit your account instantly after you fill in account number alongside the promo page and your bonus is credited instantly. They could learn from this.

it's usually mentioned upfront, and it's reason to go elsewhere. you don't want to have to deposit and then wait two days to play, and you shouldn't have to. move along, unless you need that particular bonus, in which case sit tight (most of the time it comes in 24-36 hours ime). and it's for your own protection, you'd rather they deny upfront the bonus than claw it back plus more afterwards right?
