shark casino owes me over $600

I redeemed a free chip, ndneeded for 25. Made the 500 playthrough and went to cashier where I saw a large withdrawable sum. I cashed out 350 via courier check and went back to play more. About 40 mins. later my balance increased as the withdraw was put back into my balance amt. 5 mins. later I was locked out. Ian of support claimed I had another acct. which I never had. He appologized, let me back in and my entire balance was gone. Said I used a coupon there before. I have never played here before. Can you help. my acct name at shark is charlesturner.

    Moved.

By the way, what went through your mind when you signed up at a casino named "Shark" casino? Just wondering.

It obviously wasn't "Maybe I should check the rogue list at Casinomeister".

    What Can I say?

As of 8 days ago I was Shark's Casino Manager.

I left for a few reasons ... if they cant even pay their staff right imagine the players??
Shark Casino is linked to Betus.com which as we speak 500 employes have yet to recieved their paychecks since Kevin C King the CEO has instructions of finding flaws and excuses not to pay commisions.

When a casino manager recieves in an email to bring down the payouts and start creating fine print rules.. thats my Q to leave I worked for shady places as the Virtual Casino Group and it was awful I refuse to work for shady establishments.

People good luck if ya player there

although i give you credit for posting this i have no sympathy for you or the other employees not getting paid. i read your posts. you are no fool. you know what kind of operations these are. if you dont want to be a crook, get a real job. if you want to be a crook then at least be a good one. dont work for these loser outfits. employees of these outfits get what they deserve. skunx i'm sure you can do much better.

I would like to think I am not a crook.
You are right we do know what type of operations these are but until 2 weeks ago shark was paying out in 24 to 48 hours I even opened up a player from THIS forum and she played and when she won she had her moneygram the next day . I was brought in to " change " things and when I saw that things couldnt be " changed " I resigned .

I worked under false expecatations at the Virtual Group and you can ride me all you want for that but i swore I wouldnt work like that again. I understand your point of view 100% but its not that easy for us in the industry I live in Costa Rica , my wife is a local and my 2 babies have all their families here I cant just fly out to the UK or , the Isle of Man , Antigua and look for a 5 star company that easily though it has crossed my mind. The job situation here isnt the best anymore after the law passed and BETONSPORTS closed down.

One does what he can , right now I am hapoy to say I moved on to a 5 star rated company all over the internet and is stand up straight , it is sportsbook and casino.

I know you guys think of us as crooks sometimes but some of us do really try and be honest its hard in this industry when you try and be honest and the only place available for employment is half way decent , I still feel I did the right thing I moved on and didnt sell myself out .

To each his own thats all I have to say , no player from Shark can say I never was there when they called me for a payout , complaint I was right there and didnt hide behind the support staff like most RTG managers do . I did my best and failed.. time to move on

    Hi Skunx,

It seems you have trodden on the same path as Phnqster, well at least the same casinos. I never called or believed he was a crook and the same for you. Everybody has to make a lving and when one works for an evil organisation, this does not necessarily translate to a person being unethical. All companies have the same goal -profit and when some of these committed unscrupulous acts, can we call all their employees crooks? Alternatively, can we also say that all players that work for renowned comoanies are saints. I doubt it. Unless we really notice some rogue behavior from Skunx in conning players, I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt.

    Thank you Chuchu ,

Yes ironic as it may seem my and Phynqster have had about the same ride .
I did my best at Shark , I tried to keep it clean and simple and avoid any complaints and for a few months there it was good but let me just say this upper management in Betus.com and Shark casino are not the brightest individuals to set foot in the industry.

Thats all from me I do think their CEO is a two faced con artist , who scouts good workers from other companies calls them offers them the world and then when they are at Betus he fails to fulfill their promises and then people are stuck .

This is why and how I left UltimateBet.com you live and you learn , hopefully this thread will cause some sort of awareness and wont be forgotten.
