Skunk,
Don't forget that Kevin came from Virtual, he was in charge of the Sports Book, (Royal). I wish you all the best and hope all things go well for you. If you make it to Los Angeles look me up. It is funny, I have a good job here in the US, work where I can see the ocean every day. Have beautiful California woman walking in the promenade, but I still miss the rush of running the casino. It was such an extreme high, if there was a way of doing the same job in the US I would stand in line for a month. One thing people have to understand is that at Shark and Virtual, they were and are not set up like most of the online casinos. These casinos get involved with there players, it really is a relationship. That is why there are problems when players are just looking to win and are not interested in any interaction. The bread and butter at casinos like these are the players who just want someone to chat or talk with. We use to joke that we were nothing more than a 900 number.
Yeah... but have a 'falling out' with one manager and watch your juice evaporate through the whole system. Not worth the added gamble to me. (and I know you're not encouraging anyone to play there, nor am I)
Good to see you, phynqster.
Thanks Phynqster,
Actually things took a turn for the best and I am now in a good place and will start my own affiliate site soon.
Your right the rush is amazing and I love but you know that there arent many casinos left in Costa Rica or at least any good ones.
For now im at the sports industry with some casino . As for Kevin ... what can you expect he is good pals with Tej owner of Virtual Group.
Maybe one day we will have a drink and a few laughs .

Sorry to interrupt the love-in, but assuming you are who i think you are Skunx it wasn't really very ethical to be touting for massive deposits just before jumping ship was it?
Yeah, never mind the love-in, I wanna hear some more "screaming Tej" stories.

Everything you have heard is true!!!! He use to call the managers in his office every morning and ask how the casino did the night before, while holding a gun, and tell you if the numbers were not good he would shoot you. And one time the gun actually went off, and just missed killing two managers. Yes, I know some of you are thinking too bad he missed. But that was before I got there.Tej is one of the strangest men I have ever worked with. He is extremely intimidating and meanicing, and that is to his friends. If he does not like you, God forbid. But as horrible as he is like that, he really is not a bad guy in some aspects. I have never not seen him loan someone money if they needed it or done much more as in get them a lawyer, a place to stay, bail out of jail. As I tell my friends that are there still, The company is like a disfunctional family. In this business where most employees come and go, I would say over 50% of his employees have been with him at least 3 years or more. He also was one of the first people in the building and last to leave. He is extremely demanding, but would reward you if you hit his goals, the problem is his goals were usually unatainable. He is the type of person you would rather lie to than tell the truth if the truth was not what he wanted to hear. Over all I would have to compare him to "Hollywoods" idea of a drill seargent from like Full Metal Jacket, the kind of guy who would rip your head off. This might not be the guy you want to be working for, but he is the type of guy you would want to go to war with or manage your money.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, I am only giving my opinion of working with/for Tej. In now way am I endorsing anyone to play at his casinos or invest with him. This is just my opinion.

Yes I am , shortly after I contacted you I was put under pressure to cut down payouts and start screwing people over. 5 days later I resigned and if you recall i never contacted you again My apologies I dont control the future If I knew that they were going to do so I would have never done that , I am now in a very reputable company with 24 hour payouts , A + ratings all over the net so if you are interested PM me.
As far as Tej screaming stories Phynqster is right he is a strange man , he really doesnt ask people to screw over players its the pressure he applies on the managers that makes them go crazy to get $ in the casino so then that would lead them to screw people over to cover up their mess im sure Phnyqster and Brian agree.
As far as a Tej screaming story most of them involved " Christine " former Cirrus Manager ... when Tej would come into town she would shake in her miniskirts ****Christine is now married to Andreas former POC manager *** in Austria .
Gossip ,gossip
Skunx, When they put u under pressure to "start screwing people over" did they specify how to do it or did they just leave it up to you? If they did specify can u tell us how you were told to do it?
I really appreciate your posting. It is fascinating to hear about the inner workings of an online casino.
PS- Didnt Shark used to be Welcome To Our Casino and was run by George Gutierrez?

so some of us were thinking we wished he'd shot you?i hope you don't think we wish that, but maybe to some other managers perhaps. i think, as evidenced here and elsewhere, that you are a valuable contributor to the forum, and it's good to have you here (and alive).
and after he rips it off, what does he do next?
