Uk Licensed -dispute process?

Hi,
If a Uk registered casino/sportsbook refuses to honour the terms of a promotion, relating to gambling activity which occurred before the time of cancellation of a promotion...what's the procedure for resolving the dispute? Or any other dispute for that matter (weblinks to relevant info?) Surely we don't need to bother Bryan here for a UK outfit? All a bit confusing as new regulations only came into effect this month.

I mean, all I ever see here are payment problems with mafioso-type outfits in the Carribean...would be nice to know what our, the punters, rights are here - before we plonk down a load of wonga on a UK outfit.
