    problem with sci-fi cashout

I'm having problems cashing out from my sci-fi account. this issue stems from my deposit and bonus play in january-february, and i've been trying to solve the problem by myself but am getting nowhere with their support.

In a nutshell i'm a usa player who did sci-fi's welcome bonus in january in accordance to their t&c's. because of neteller i couldn't withdraw in january and kept the money in my account and plalyed occasionally in the month that followed. After that time the money disappeared from my account. When i called support they told me that my money was confisicated because i violated the terms and conditions of the bonus by playing pai gow poker (which is not an excluded game by the t&c's which i have screenshots of and is still visible on th eir website). I am able to talk to support over the phone but when i do they just direct me to email the complaint. My various emails have all gone unanswered and i'm not sure what to do now. Please help.

In january i deposited to take advantage of their welcome bonus. I played per their bonus rules which stated

"Wagering requirements are minimum 25 times your deposit and bonus on Keno and Slots. Blackjack (any kind, including Pontoon), Craps (any kind), Baccarat (any kind), War, Roulette (any kind), Tri Card Poker and Multi Hand Video Poker are excluded games. Playing any of these games will void any winning and all winnings will be removed from your account"

I played pai gow poker to clear the bonus and went to withdraw my money (around 880 dollars give or take a few) after i cleared the play-thru requirement. A day after i withdrew my money and before i could send in the verification sheet required in a withdraw, usa players' neteller accounts were frozen. Unable to withdraw to neteller I had sci-fi refund the money back to my account. The money appeared back in my account and in the month that followed I occassionally played pai gow with the money in my account. The last time i played i ended with a balance in the mid-900's.

I wasn't sure how i could withdraw so I just kept the money in there and played occasionally (I only played pai gow, even after i cleared the bonus because i didn't want any issues w/ the terms and conditions when i could eventually withdraw)

i didn't play for about 2 months and the next time i logged back into my account my balance was at zero. I called support and they found records of an ~880 dollar balance (the amount at my first withdraw in january that didn't go through) that didn't include the money i won when playing in the latter half of january and february. They told me this money was confisicated because i violated the terms and conditions of the bonus by playing paigow poker. as you can see by this link http://www.sci-fi-casino.com/promos-welcome.asp pai gow in not an excluded game. The phone support told me I should email security@sci-fi-casino.com about the problem. I emailed that address and others listed on the site with my side of the story and screenshots of the terms and conition, but the casino has not responsed to my numerous emails.

At this point i'm not sure what to do and any help would be appreciated.

    thanks

Contact their forum rep thru a PM. First, go to casino contacts and locate Sci-fi group/casino. I understand that the affiliate manager is still active browsing this forum. It seems that you have a case. Keep us posted of developments.

Did Sci-fi not dump USA players a while back? ... Or maybe that was just me...
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

Yea they do not allow play from usa players anymore. Not sure how or to what extent that contributed/affects what is happening to be now. Obviously at this point i just want to cashout. Phone support hasn't mentioned it as a reason why they won't return my funds and they haven't responsed to any of my emails.

Even if they banned US players, they definitely should pay you out. If not, I would include them within rogue casinos.

did you do 25(d+b) on slots and/or keno before playing paigow? seems pretty clear-cut.

only A is allowed. B, C and D are not allowed. is E allowed since it isn't B, C or D, despite that E is not a member of A? no, because "only A is allowed" means that everything that is not A is not allowed. "B, C and D are not allowed" is redundant, unless they could be members of A. it needn't be stated what isn't allowed, since it is given what is only allowed, and it is clearly defined and commonly known what members of A are.

There is some ambiguity here. The wagering requirements are on slots and keno and there are a number of excluded games that will void your winnings. However, there are a host of games where the casino didnt mention about. What is certain is that paigow poker wont contribute to the WRs but that doesnt mean they cannot be played. From the wording, it would seem that this is not an excluded game in the sense that it would void your winnings. Rather, this will be a "neutral' game that if played, will have no effect whatsoever. IMO, the proper solution would be to pay the player his winnings minus the profit derived from his play at paigow poker since theoretically he should only get winnings from play at slots/keno prior to a cashout.

right chu, but the player says he played paigow the whole time, did he not? hence why i asked in my reply whether he indeed did the 25x on slots first (or at all).

seems to me that no slots were played. hence why i ask how it's possible to clear a slots bonus playing cards.
