Exclamation Main Street group refuses bonus AFTER I lost much more than the promised obnus.

I got promotional emails form them for 20% bonus on a 5K deposit.
I deposited in VCO and LVUSA accounts (for both I got the promo email!)

I played with both deposits, ending with a lose of over 1K each.

When I asked for the promised bonus they told me they decided to exclude me from bonuses from now on.

That is fine and dandy, but "first pay, then lock". They should pay what they promised, especially as I lost while playing for their bonus.

That was in 2003. I tried to argue with them for no avail.
A year ago I tried again to PM their representative here (VSummer) who told me that now they cannot accept players form my country, but if they will be able to do so, they will consider the case again.

Now they are able to accept me after changing software. I contacted him again. and "after review" he told me that I will not get the promised bonuses.

Is that honest in your opinion?
A player was promised a bonus. Lost a grand while playing the rules, and then he is not getting the promised. Just sweet the lose!

Are you trying to claim the bonuses you 'earned' in 2003?
If so, I'm not surprised they refused.

I agree it was not fair to not give you the bonus in 2003, but that should have been finalised at the time.
Will they give you new deposit bonuses now?
If not - go elsewhere - there's plenty to chose from.

They were not very reputable at the time, so I was unable to press the issue at the time.

Now they claim to have put their act together.
I am just checking whether they are serious in being OK with players.

BTW, is there a rule that after refusing - dishonestly - to pay for tyhree years, they stop to owe me the money?

SO you deposited $5000, lost $1000 of it, and then they didn't want anymore business from you? If so, that is strange indeed.

My problem is not whether they want future business with me.
They promised a bonus which they did not honored.

Although more than 3 years have lapsed, there is nothing wrong in reopening the case and get your due bonuses. What matters is the reason for the refusal of the bonuses in question. Since the casinos are the same and the group is the same, they should rectify things if what they had done before is wrong. That would only enhance their reputation otherwise why should they be accredited. Maybe the group's forum rep would like to address the issue here.

If there wasn't a term listed that barred getting bonuses from more than one casino in the group, I don't see why they wouldn't let you have both of the bonuses. Even if that clause was in there, you should at least get the bonus for one of the casinos.

No such rule at the time.

Did they tell you why you weredenied the bonus?

Or if not do you know why the might have denied the bonus?

Because they did not like my play anymore.

So far that they pay owed bonuses, this is legitimate. But they still owe me bonuses earned BEFORE they told me I am unwelcome (indeed, they even sent me an invitation to take part in the promo)
