Advice for Problem with VIP Casino

I logged into the VIP Casino software a few days back and when I did there was an advertisement for a promotion showing. (Wager $X on a game and get back $Y.) The advertisement did not specify any additional terms or conditions. I did the requisite playthrough but was not credited with the promotional amount. I called to ask about this and the person I spoke with at that time could not explain. She said I'd get an answer soon. I did but the answer was that I wasn't eligible for the promotion. I replied, pointing out that the promotion was specifically advertised TO ME via their software. Their response was that their original decision stood.

Perhaps I should have done more investigation up front but when I saw the ad in their software while logged in under my account, I didn't think that was necessary. I read the "Read this first" post but didn't see anything that looked on point since VIP Casino isn't eCOGRA.

Any suggestions as to where I can go from here or do I just chalk it up as a lost cause?

Thanks in advance!

I would chalk it up as a lost cause. It appears to be the second "offer" within a week from the Partner Logic group that apparently nobody is eligible for.

VIP Casino

I had this offer, played the amount (and lost!), and was indeed credited with the bonus.
It is still WRONG to advertise something to ineligible players though, unless the advert makes it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR what the eligibility criteria are. If players have not been informed they are ineligible for bonuses, or do not come from a restricted country, they should get the advertised bonus.
VIP is a sister casino of Intercasino. They are all run by Ecash Direct, and use the same inept support the other Cryptos seem so fond of. The only exception is William Hill, who employ their own inept CS
I have had this happen a few times at Intercasino UK (wager for the offer but no credit), support were not much good, but an E-mail to Jane Bentley got the issue resolved. For VIP Casino, it seems to be Kate Berkely, who seems to have nicked Jane's red dress for the newsletter (perhaps they are sisters).

Vinyl,

Thanks for your suggestions. On my 4th or 5th contact to VIP Casino they did make good on the offer.

So, while I'm still a bit annoyed that it took so much work to get this resolved, I do feel like they've held up their end of the deal.
