A relatively calm week, all things considered:

Rushmore

Slowly but surely Rushmore is clearing it's backlog of cases. This week saw payments being issued to players and we have confirmation from at least two PABers that they have received their payments. Of course the outstanding issues are still outstanding ... but, fingers crossed, we'll be through this sooner than later.

Ok, quite a mixed bag of news this past week, most of it positive. For the most part we're updating last week's stories:

The Rushmore cases are slowly being resolved. We've wrapped up another two or three of them this past week (mostly new cases) and expect more from Rushmore soon.

As of 21 April we reported (here) that the OP, Westland Bowl, had received his payment via cheque. Unfortunately ...

We have received an update from Rushmore on a number of the Rushmore Group cases. I'm still working my way through that and should have updates on several cases posted within the next few days. If your case is not among them there is more to come from Rushmore so stay posted.

Fairly quiet this week, mostly grinding through the backlog of older issues. Nothing major that I can think of, wee Rushmore update. Here we go:

Latest word from The Rushmore peeps is that we'll be hearing back on a number of the remaining outstanding cases early in the coming week. I expect I'll do an update BitchMeister post once we've got that in hand and sorted.
