PAB news

Okay, well here we are packing our bags for the annual pilgrimage to ICE and LAC in London. Yay! Very much looking forward to it, as always.

Actually I have a real love-hate thing with this time of year because on the one hand we get to do ICE and hang out in London for a week and that's always a good thing. On the other hand I always have a backlog of monthly reports and the year-end summary of the PABs to get done before we head out and that tends to be a little hellish. For the ...

Not too long ago I buckled down and did the mid-year summary for the Pitch-A-Bitch section during which I noticed some interesting comparisons and contrasts to the same period last year. This is "man on the street" stuff but I think they're worthy topics for discussion:

• the trend for fewer, higher-value PAB issues continues. Many of the "pocket change" issues are simply not there this year. Not sure what that's about, perhaps people know the casinos have tightened up this year.

Things are a bit slower than usual in PAB land, a bit of lag perhaps from the summer time vacations and such. No worries, plenty of PAB stuff to catch up on. Watch for some updates coming soon to the PAB Archives.

The "No Can Do" List

The most recent big addition to the Pitch-A-Bitch scene here at Casinomeister is the "No Can Do" List.

The purpose of the "No Can Do" list is to spotlight casinos that we can not accept Pitch-A-Bitch submissions on.

Why? Two reasons:
