Ok, as mentioned earlier last week the big news is the final decisions in the Rushmore Group investigations:

The final outstanding decisions came in from Rushmore last week. With these final rulings, two payouts and two lockouts, the books are pretty much closed on this little saga. In the end it was about a 50/50 split between players who were verified and payed and those who could not be verified and were subject to confiscations.

I thought readers would like to know ASAP that thanks to a new batch of info from the Rushmore peeps almost all of the outstanding Rushmore Group PABs have been resolved.

Once we receive payment confirmations on the final two issues we'll be done! Eeee-ha!

Another relatively calm spring week. Holidays here in the EU probably have something to do with that:

A relatively calm week, all things considered:

Slowly but surely Rushmore is clearing it's backlog of cases. This week saw payments being issued to players and we have confirmation from at least two PABers that they have received their payments. Of course the outstanding issues are still outstanding ... but, fingers crossed, we'll be through this sooner than later.
