Ok, quite a mixed bag of news this past week, most of it positive. For the most part we're updating last week's stories:

Rushmore

The Rushmore cases are slowly being resolved. We've wrapped up another two or three of them this past week (mostly new cases) and expect more from Rushmore soon.

Westland Bowl VS Heroes Casino: The End Game

As of 21 April we reported (here) that the OP, Westland Bowl, had received his payment via cheque. Unfortunately there are currency exchange issues involved here so he's going to have a bit of a wait for the cheque to clear.

It's worth noting here that is was the (former) software provider for Heroes that is paying the bill. Instead of paying the player themselves Heroes offered a variety of excuses as to why they were not accountable. They have since been added to the "Pending Rogue" list for enrollment in the Rogue Pit (here).

Fatbet

True to the word of the new management folks at Fatbet the issue that got them added to the Warning list (here) is moving forward. Final settlement terms are still being negotiated but they look quite favourable.
