GoWild: Stepping out of the woods?
As many of you are no doubt aware there has been a fair bit of dark rumblings regarding newbie casino GoWild over the past few months (see here and here).

I've been up to my neck in this one because we've had a number of PABs filed against GoWild starting in early December.

For a while it looked like we were going to have to pull out our "bad doggy!" stick but GoWild seems to be turning things around.

Latest: the PABers are reporting that GoWild has contacted them regarding payment details and the money is just now starting to arrive in their accounts. Good on ya GoWild!

Golden Lounge: Draconian T&Cs
Also running over the past few months has been a few PABs against Golden Lounge Casino. Here though the news is less than encouraging.

Presumably in a battle to stay competitive Golden Lounge has implemented aggressive anti-fraud measures and unusually harsh Terms and Conditions.

As far as the anti-fraud thing goes it's hard to fault them ... until one discovers that they will discuss nothing with no one for any reason. Yup, total info lock-down! When asked for insight into their player bans all they'll say is "fraud" and that's it. End of story.

And then there's the harsh T&Cs including bans for using Auto-play even though they offer the Auto-play option, use of an "industry database of promotion abusers and fraudsters" and the reserved right to refuse payment to anyone in that database, security checks at withdrawal time that can trigger account closure without warning, forced play-through within 14 days of receiving a bonus, and so forth.

We haven't issued anything formal against Golden Lounge but if things don't improve with our outstanding PABs -- at the very least -- then that's very much the direction we're headed.
