Ok, obviously playing catch-up here again. This one will summarize what's gone down PAB-wise over the summer.
The "No Can Do" List
The most recent big addition to the Pitch-A-Bitch scene here at Casinomeister is the "No Can Do" List.
The purpose of the "No Can Do" list is to spotlight casinos that we can not accept Pitch-A-Bitch submissions on.
Why? Two reasons:
- the casino/group listed has told us that they will not entertain any complaints coming from third parties (like us). In other words they'll deal with the customer and only the customer, no exceptions.
- the casino/group has proven untrustworthy in the past thus we've opted to no longer deal with them.
So, just so we're clear: any PAB submitted naming these casinos will be rejected as a "No Can Do". Please consult the "No Can Do" List _before_ you submit your PAB.
