Chicken with 40 Garlics is a staple of French Cuisine from the region of Provençal. This may sound like an overabundance of garlic, but you will probably find you want more next time! Mud Puddle Cake

This is not an original recipe, but has been around long enough to be in the public domain. It is probably best known as Wacky Cake, but also Wartime Cake, Three Hole Cake and Pantry Cake. It was probably developed to cope with WWII rationing, although some claim in dates from the depression era.

This dense, rich chocolate cake requires no eggs, milk or chocolate. It uses cocoa and baking soda and vinegar for the rise. If you use melted margarine or vegetable oil, it is vegan....

I have a long-time friend Tracy Morgan who is a a fellow desktop publisher and blind due to albinoism. One hell of a rocking guitarist and all around great gal. I recently left my house, and went to the local watering hole, and I present my easiest recipe yet:

Equal parts Bailey's Irish Cream Liquor and Banana Liqueur.

Chili Crusted Shrimp Salad

Chili Crusted Shrimp Salad

1 plateful of mixed greens
1/2 diced avocado
1/2 blood orange (ate the other half when I was getting it ready)
1 julienned red pepper

8 large raw shrimp

About 3Tbsp of mixed paprika, chili powder & cayenne

Peel and devein shrimp. Pat dry with paper towel and dust with chili powder, paprika and cayenne to taste. Heat a dry skillet to medium high, and toss in shrimp. Let first side cook...
