Challenging, exciting, long hours, unexpected events, all good words to use when you think about starting any new business. In my case, I am starting as an affiliate manager with an online casino, that had some major hiccups to begin with.

Why did I come? Well, the owners. They have a great reputation here in Cosat Rica, and that is hard to find. Also, I have never had a shit to try and get an online casino from day one.

So far, we doing ok, great payouts, etc, but I was thinking about making this blog more about the behind the scenes of what I needed to do.

1. Choose and Set up the affiliate software, and integrate it into the API of RTG

2. Suggest and lead new payment processors to be set up

3. Terminate some vendors, such as the webmaster team.

4. Terms and Conditions to be reviewed.

5. Customer Service set up, and how we answer the phone, live chat, etc

I am up to it, and will post here weekly as things progress. Or you can wait for the movie...
