Before I got into the Nursing field I was going to go to Culinary School but after thinking about it I said to myself I rather help Handicap Children or Older with Disableities.
I love to cook & bake.

My Meatloaf
2 lbs pounds ground beef <-----1 lb of Reg beef & 1 lb of Bison (Bull) lol
1 to 1/2 cups of Ritz Crackers.
1/4 or a little more cup fresh parsley,chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced & if you love garlic add more
3 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon salt Please use Sea Salt
can of diced tomato
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup. Parmesan
Italian Seasoning a pinch or two
At 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours

Make a loaf and put Oinons around and on top of it.

Hot Clams Casino Dip
1 can minced clams or fresh ones any amt.lol to your likings.
1/2 cup of butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 of a green pepper chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
A pinch of sea salt
2 to 3 tsp. Tabasco
2 or 3 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing or if you have your own type of stuffing you use.
lemon juice Fresh lemons I use 3 of them.

Mix clams with their juice and lemon...

Don't be Chicken to this Rival Soup

CHICKEN RIVAL SOUP
I found this & it's not my Recipe but I have to say add garlic & sea salt not reg salt.& you can add a little Rosemary if you like.

1 lg. fryer or 2 sm. chickens
2 qt. water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen corn
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. flour
1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Lemon Roasted Chicken

Lemon Roasted Chicken
1 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 or more if you love garlic cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon honey
A pinch of sugar
1 teaspooon sea salt
Only cook with sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 chicken (about 4 pounds), quartered
1/2 or more cup pitted olives
1 lemon, cut into wedges
chopped fresh parsley
Add Rosemary if you like (A Little should do it)

As Summer is near and this is a great one to do for a party.

Oysters Casino

Serves 6 to 8
4 slices bacon, chopped
Garlic add to your likings.
You should always add it in all your cooking needs for good health.
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1/2 cup minced shallots
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 to 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

What ya need to make it.
Someone gave this to me a long time ago.& it's a good one to make.

3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp corn flour
8 tbsp sugar
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cream
2 tbsp sweetened whipped cream chilled
3 tsp gelatin
6 cherries (glaced, blanched, canned, fresh, any will do.
