Deadly Zucchini Crumble
(What to do when you can't get batter to stick to vegetables.)
3 cups of zucchini, these can be large, the ones you forgot to pick from the garden. Peel the zucchini and cut into 3 inch sections. If the zucchini are large cut away the seeds. Cut zucchini into lengths, like large steak fries.

Mother's Day Coffee Cake

At times I do add coconut to this mix.

2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
2 egg
2 to 3 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
