Herb Popovers

Herb Popovers
Make using real herbs from the garden!
Items needed:
1 1/4 cup milk (room temperature)
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/3 teaspoon dried thyme
If you like add a pinch of Rosemary
In a medium bowl combine milk, flour, salt and cayenne. Beat with mixer until blended. DON'T OVERBEAT. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in parseley and thyme.
Grease 6 popoover cups and fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. REDUCE oven temperature to 325 degrees F and bak 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately for they fall quickley!
