Very easy to make.
Beer Bread just in time for St. Patrick's Day
Beer Bread
3 cups self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 Tb baking powder
1 egg
1 12 oz. can beer (Any beer you enjoy)
Mix ingredients well. Butter and lightly flour two 6x3-inch loaf pans. Fill pans with batter.
Put pans in cold oven and set temperature to 375
Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Crust will be crisp.
