How to make Chocolate Covered Strawberry Jello Shots

Things You'll Need:
Chocolate liqueur
Strawberry Jello
1 oz. cups
Sauce pan
Water

This delicious little thing has the best of both worlds. It has alcohol in it and taste like a chocolate covered strawberry. These are great to be served at a casual dinner party as an appetizer or a dessert, or just for a fun night with friends.

You first take 1 slightly overfilled cup of water and add it to your saucepan, and bring it to a boil. As soon as it is done boiling, remove the pan from heat and add the Strawberry Jello mix. Stir well and then let sit for about 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile set all your cups out on a large flat surface in preparation for filling.

Next you take 1 slightly overfilled cup of your chocolate liquor and mix it in with the Jello in pan. Stir slow but well as to not create a foam. Pour into your 1 ounce cups and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours. The shot will have an almost mousse like appearance to it with some foam on top. Serve and enjoy. You can garnish it with a small piece of mint or even a dollop of whipped cream.
