Hot Artichoke Dip for your New Years Party
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Some Garlic
1/3 or a tad more cup half and half cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tablespoon pimento pepper, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilis
Sometimes I add a little Asparagus to this mix
Tortilla chips
Drain jar of artichoke hearts. Chop coarsely.
Combine Parmesan cheese, cream, and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl. Add Garlic, peppers, artichoke hearts and green chilis.
Serve with tortilla chips.
