Grilled Chicken Casino
8 to 10 oz boneless chicken breast
1 onion diced
Garlic (Fresh) to your likings
Dash of Kosher or sea salt
1 red pepper cut up
3 or 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 or 4 oz. bacon strips cut up
Pinch of Rosemary
some fresh lemon juice 1 is good lemon that is.
You can add more seasonings to your likings
Chicken grill. Saute bacon until crisp, then add pepper and onion,garlic,salt Saute until tender. Place bacon mixture on chicken breast. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts and serve.
