I make a banging Chicken Marsala
3 to 5 lg. chicken breasts
5 tbsp. flour (sprinkle with salt and pepper) Use Sea Salt please
1 can chicken broth
6 tbsp. butter or olive oil
4 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
fresh mushrooms use as you like
Marsala cooking wine 32 oz
Garlic add what you like I add alot in mine.
3 fresh Lemons squeeze the juice into the mix & if you like just throw the leftover skins in the mix and also you can shread alittle peal into the mix too.
Cut chicken breasts into piece.
In large skillet, melt butter or olive oil on low.
Add chicken broth, Marsala wine, parsley, and sliced mushrooms.(portabella)& Garlic,Lemons
For Pasta I use Bow Ties for this one 2 lbs
In this add a little butter & Parmesan Cheese and also you can save like a half a cup of the Marsala wine from the main resipe.And if you like add more parsley if you like.
