Dirt Dessert For Kids

I make this for all Sarah's friends if they spend the night.
Dirt Dessert For Kids

Mix
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Add:

3 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

Crush:

1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies

May layer pudding mixture and Oreo cookies in a cake pan, or layer in sand pail. Add gummi worms to layers. Save enough cookies to cover top layer. Serve with shovel.
