Hot Clams Casino Dip
1 can minced clams or fresh ones any amt.lol to your likings.
1/2 cup of butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 of a green pepper chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
A pinch of sea salt
2 to 3 tsp. Tabasco
2 or 3 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing or if you have your own type of stuffing you use.
lemon juice Fresh lemons I use 3 of them.
Mix clams with their juice and lemon juice in saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine butter, onion, green pepper, parsley, oregano,Sea salt garlic and Tabasco. Add to clam mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing. Mixture should be moist. Pour into shallow baking dish and sprinkle lightly with paprika.Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with Crackers or Wheat Thins.
