CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT FIREPAY. OK I SIGHNED UP LINKED A BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY MADE A DEPOSIT , NOW WHEN I TRY TO LOG ON AND VERIFY ACCOUNT IT SAYS FIREPAY HAS NOT SUCCESSFULLY CONTACTED YOU TO VERIFY YOUR REGISTRATION OR SOME MESS LIKE THAT. NOW I HAVE SENT 8 EMAILS TO THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT OFFER A ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THE 1 NUMBER I DID FIND I CALLED AND THE GUY SAID I AM ONLY ALLOWED TO TALK TO MERCHANTS MAM ALL OTHER REQUEST MUST BE THROUGH EMAIL .. I SAID I TRIED THAT , HE SAID SORRY MAM AND HUNG UP ON ME WHATS UP THE ONLY EMAIL RESPONSE I GET IS YOUR SUPPORT TICKET HAS BEEN UPDATED ,,, HELPPP

Personal note, stay away from firepay if your having these issues already, just imagine having 10K in there and get this support? As well as read there lines as if you read any of the post me and my friends make here under this name due to recent issues with computer hacked and a friend. Just what ever you do don't keep your passwords or account info on your computer print it and then set it in your room. Also always keep a firewall and run adware removal tools frequently and upto date virus scans/ files. We have found out firepay has very little intrest in your assets if something goes wrong. Its basically your fault and if you owe them they will try with there harasing emails and thoughts. Remember that gambling over the wire isnt really legal. or is it? If you have a casino down the road , go there, at least the money you loose will be worked back into the community. not some foreign govt.
