Which statement is correct, CMs or theirs

I was looking for RNG certificate from one site and they pointed me to page where this is stated:
"The ********** random number generator, has been tested and certified by Gaming Associates on behalf of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as a part of the licensing process. The random number generator has been found to deal cards from the deck such that each card has an equal chance of being selected unless it had already been dealt in the poker game."

At this point I am searching for Gaming Associates and find their site. Site is ugly in my opinion and I decided to add casinomeister in google and I found this page: http://www.casinomeister.com/online_..._resources.php

If I am reading part about Gaming Associates correct they DO NOT check software for fairness, payout percentages.

But then I opened "About Us" page on Gaming Associates website, http://www.gamingassociates.com/Pages/aboutus.aspx , and they say:"...to ensure that gaming operates in a manner that is fair, secure, and auditable. "

Can someone answer me what am I missing here, I trust CM more than them but from what I understand they do check software for fairness.

This is really important, to me at least.

So the random number generator and the software have been audited, but as far as I can tell payout percentages are not included.
