Rep of All Jackpots does not reply

Hello Casinomeister (btw, you are a nice looking guy on You Tube...)

I posted a message under general discussion about All Jackpots crediting my Moneybookers account instead of my Neteller account, as requested by me.

I was advised to send a PM to the rep, which I did, but he did not reply.

    Can you help?

    Thanks!

    Hi Mouche,

Bryan is on holiday until next Monday, the 15th...so he won't see this until then.

I'm guessing you only PM'd the rep yesterday? If so....give him another day to get back to you. I read your thread, and from what I gather, you got your money right? It just wasn't via the method you requested? What I mean is..this isn't an ongoing dispute that you're waiting for payment right?

If you still don't hear from the rep by tomorrow, you can PM Max and see if he can get in touch with them to reply to you. Max is the PAB Manager/Forum Moderator. Or, you could just wait until Bryan gets back, although I expect he'll be swamped. In any event, you do deserve a reply from the rep here, one way or another. Just be a little patient.

I posted some about this on another thread - the main one. You just need to limit yourself to using only ONE of your deposit methods at each casino. This way, at any given casino you can be pretty sure how you will get paid.

The 3 ewallets perfrom the same function, so there should really be no need to run with all three. Neteller is probably the best, the CS may often be poor, but they are easier to get in contact with. Further, you may make Neteller VIP status by only using them, as you could hit their deposit threshold more easily. It's $6000 per month gross deposits averaged over 90 days for VIP, but only $3000 per month averaged over 90 days to maintain. You should make sure to hafe an extended account, same documents casinos ask for, plus you need to register, then confirm, a bank account with them so you can withdraw surplus winnings.

You can keep the other 2 in case you find a casino that does not accept Neteller.

You could deregister Moneybookers and Click2Pay at All Jackpots, which might make it less likely they will try to pay back that way, but to be sure, wait the full 60 days since last depositing by these methods. If this means you don't play at All Jackpots for the next 60 days, that's their tough luck.
