Hello Casinomeister,
I was wondering why the Grand Virtual group (Casino Lux, Casino Treasure, etc.) was not on the accredited list. I have always enjoyed fast, hassle-free cashouts, and have never even had to talk to support, because I've never had a problem there. I didn't really see too many player issues involving them in the forum. Not trying to promote them or anything, just wondering if there was a specific reason they werent on the list, i.e. past issues.

They used to be years ago, but then I implemented a policy that removed casinos based in Costa Rica. About two years ago I changed this policy and accepted casinos based in CR on a one-on-one basis. Since then, GV has moved on to Kahnawake, and we have met a few times since then, but we haven't gotten our act together to have an agreement made to bring them back.

I'll have to revisit this issue once I have time. I know there were a couple of player problems, but these were all taken care of (I believe).
