I wrote to the legal at unified gaming..
and next day Richard on the phone
with his apologies and promises and
his word.. I never break my word he
says when I tell you your going to get
paid no later than wednesday you have
my word it will happen ..

Im tired of being strung out and made

Ok I just read their response. They are now down delusional.
Here is what they said.

Cinema Casino did offer the 10 per cent bonus in return to
Paypal purchases but first of all, players were expected to
gamble their own money in order to be qualified for the bonus.
In other words, players must wager the full amount of their
purchase in order to claim for the bonus.

Once they were qualified for the bonus, they would then be
expected to make use of the free given bonus and wager it
until the wagering amount after the addition of the bonus is
four times larger than the value of the bonus itself.


This is a crock of shit.

1st of all I wagered NOTHING before I was given the bonus.

2nd the bonus was taken away BEFORE I even asked for a withdrawal. I hadn't even finished playing there.

3rd As proof of their complete incompetance, they told me the amount I still had to wager and it was actually lower than if you added 1 X D and 4 X B.

These people are so wacked it is amazing. I honestly don't know if they are trying to rip people off or are just tremendously stupid.

After following this thread for the past couple days I have to say that my head hurts and I am confused (which is possibly what is intended by Cinema staff unless they are just plain incompetent and confused themselves)

Why have a bonus system as complicated, variable and apparently as retroactive as this? It is alienating your clientele and scaring potential customers away - I certainly wouldn't risk money there after reading all this stuff.

And God only knows what PayPal think about their name being bandied about in these negative circumstances.

Cinema needs to stop ducking and diving and come up with an acceptable formula for disarming this issue.

If you drafted the rules and the gamblers played by them before any amendments then take your lumps like professionals and meet your obligations. Gamblers who play exactly to YOUR rules and at YOUR invitation are not abusers and you need to get your mind around that.

The arrogance and stalling lies are staggering. What sort of customer service is this?

Unified Gaming and Aloha have negated all the good promotional value of running this progressive. Although I guess you could discount the publicity they have generated on a jackpot which they haven't paid out.

What a casino! What a software company! What an industry!
