Oh well, the test didn't work.
Prophet is using a proxy located at spaceproxy.com, so undoubtedly this is really him.
Is this fairplay or what?!!
I got a network error in the middle of a roulette spin. Here´s the result:
Dear XXXXXXXX
Congratulations!
You recently received a large win in roulette which required manual
approval by the casino operator. Your winnings for this game have been
paid out in full to your player account.
The details of the game are as follows:
Player's Name: XXXXXX XXXXXX
Dealer Id: 2
Game Number: 75750784
Account Type: Cash
Bet Amount: 200
Win Amount: 580
Date Played: 04/05/2000 12:43:14
We hope we have the pleasure of advising you of more major wins in the
near future.
By the way, the game result and profits were on the account 10 mins later when I decided not to sleep on it and go check it.
You didn't state, but I assume the roulette spin above was at Lasseters. Apparently any time you win $250 (Aussie money) or more, they freeze your game, without telling you why, and "manually verify" your win.
This is always annoying, but even more so if you know you just won big (I was dealt a royal, so the draw didn't matter) and think the machine might have choked on the winning hand.
If they must manually verify big wins, I think 1) the threshold for "big" should be higher, so it doesn't happen quite as often, and 2) they should TELL you why your game locked up.
Of course, now when I see the game lock up I start celebrating, but $250 is a rather low threshold for celebration unless you're playing quarters or lower.
Right on, James !!
It was Lasseters. I was just testing the forum readers...
Glad to know it can happen again, but then again, annoying first time it happens, as you must reconnect to know the result. They should explain why they do it, call it security, whatever, instead of just network error ( because now that you put it this way, THEY do it, not the network...
Spearmaster, Did the response come down from Microgaming or golden palace.
Bet not
Not yet, but I have stirred the pot.
Double, double, toil and trouble,
Palace burn, and Depot bubble,
Eye of newt, and toe of rat,
Beat them with a baseball bat!
LOL...
a little poetic competition for the hitmob!
I am waiting for Dean to show up, dazzle us with bullshit and take off again. OOOPPPSSS I am not picking on him.
