Not only do they not want repeat customers but they don't care about negative publicity either. This Mark Lee guy just does not care.. They changed the rules, and the meanings of the rules 2 times on the players here.. More complaints will be coming in.. The complaints may all be resolved by having the players wager more, in violation of the terms of the promo they sent out, but this place is going to pay the price for doing so.

Its too late for most of us.. we went back and wagered more or else MR. Lee was going to steal money out of our accounts.. Just for the record here is the email they sent out.

I called and confirmed the wagering requirements before depositing. I then deposited $4,900 and wagered over $3,200. The next day the bonus was added and I wagered some more, about $500. My total wagering needed was about $2,000 according the terms and the CS rep I talked to.

Then Mr. Lee says you must wager the whole deposit and that is what it says on the web site. Well then he was informed that players had screen shots of the web site showing these wagering requirements he came back and said that NOW they meant you had to wager the bonus 4 times only, but ONLY after you recieved it. Mr Lee made up rules as he went along because he was losing money on this deal.

Some of the players still have not done the extra wagering yet. I did and so have many others. But this incident has left a feeling of "theres another crooked casino" out there, and I intend to deal with it on every board. I gave Mr Lee a chance to straighten it out, He refused to budge from his new rules. I don't consider this over by any means even though I have done the extra wagering and cashed out.

This sounds like the bonus stunts Tropika was playing early this year. Is the next step a prolonged bogus audit?

Nope.

They made a mistake, pure and simple - now all that remains to be seen is what they will do about it.

Frankly, I would be more worried about Tropika, Crown City, PINNASS and a few others than Cinema/Oscar, who aren't paying out at all.

Don, surely you remember the last time there was a problem at Oscar - about a year ago. It's not like stuff happening all the time...

I can vouch for the financial backing, there's no problem there whatsoever. In fact I met with them last week.

The 1st change and 2nd change cost me $150 in winnings. You'd laugh if you read some of the correspondence I had with them. Even the dates on their messages were f***ed up. Something like 2389 was the year. They are in a major fog there.

They made a mistake, and had a chance to correct it, but choose not to. They showed their true colors right there. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Mr Lee explaining all of this to him, telling him how he cannot do this, and he insisted on doing it and that he was right. I told him OK, you made your choice, and there is nothing more I can do for what is about to happen.
His final words to me were, either wager more or I am taking $490 out of your account. I wagered more and ended up at the same amount. But it is the principle of the thing and that is why I am going to pursue this till they wished they never heard of me or the OPA.

I don't remember what happen a year ago with this place or how it was resolved.

Maybe you ought to pass some of that correspondence to the Spear for the owners to look at. Might be a manager heading for burnout.
